Terms and Conditions All reservations and bookings must be made at least fourteen (14) days before the date of travel to avail of promo rates. These promo tickets will be issued 5-8 days before date of travel, depending on the availability for issuance in the ticketing system thus prior reservation must be made to avail of these low rates. These promotion packages cannot be availed with other discounts, like: student discount (15%), senior citizen discount (20%), disabled citizen discount (20%). For infants, age below 2 years old they are FREE - they would only need issuance of "Infant Pass" which can be claimed upon check-in at the customer service section of the terminal port. Promo rates are for limited number of seats, only 20 promo seats are issued per trip time schedule. Before purchasing, inquire first for availability on your travel dates. Tickets issued will be in the form of printable electronic ticket (e-ticket) in lieu of the customary standardized issued passenger tickets. This e-ticket will be in Adobe PDF file format and upon issuance will be sent to your designated e-mail address on the same date of purchase and payment. All rates are nett and inclusive of booking service charges, agency fees, terminal fees, and taxes. Peak and Non-Peak Season Limitations The prices indicated and quoted above reflect prevailing rates for non-peak season only. These rates does not include prices and packages for tour dates such as those falling two (3) days before and after the Sinulog Festival in Cebu, Valentine’s Day, Holy Week, All Saint's and All Soul's Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Should prices markedly change or package inclusions change or differ from what was described, you will be informed of such change prior to your package avail. Prices of the tour packages may change without prior notice. Return / Refund Policy Please be reminded that promo tickets once issued are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-reroutable. Likewise for purchased tickets not used or checked-in but not boarded will be considered as used and boarded. Certain surcharge fees may apply for re-booking of tickets, where applicable, and such rebooking must be done more than 72 hours before the published departure time. Payment Methods Should you decide to book and reserve your OceanJet tickets, we would require full payment so that your purchase request will be processed immediately, this can be made at least two (2) weeks in advance of your scheduled date of travel. The amount can be made payable to our account at any convenient bank branch nearest your location, namely: Banco De Oro Universal Bank (BDO), China Banking Corporation, Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company (Metrobank), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Unionbank of the Philippines, and Landbank of the Philippines. We are also able to accept payments made thru Globe GCASH, Smart MONEY, or nTrust. For any credit/debit card payments whether locally or internationally issued cards, we can process payments using PayPal’s secure and instant payment processing service but there will be a 5% surcharge of the total payable amount to cover for the bank charges and fees by using this service.
