Day 1Board your luxury coach and make your way to Midleton for a tour of the Old Jameson Distillery and learn about the history of Irish whiskey. On arrival in Waterford we will visit the House of Waterford Crystal, which boats some of the most famous pieces of glass crystal worldwide.

Day 2This morning we will board the Waterford & Suir Valley Railway for the short ride on the 8.5km heritage rail line between Waterford and Cork. Day 2Today we drive through Connemara to Leenaun and hop on board our boat at Killary Harbour for a 90-minute cruise along Ireland’s only fjord. In the afternoon we will be visiting Kylemore Abbey. Overnight in Clifden.

Day 3Today we board the ferry to take us to Inis Oírr, the smallest of the Aran Islands. Explore the island at leisure before returning by ferry to Doolin later that day. Take the short drive to the nearby Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre. Overnight in Ennistymon.

Day 3Today we begin with a Walking Tour of Letterkenny before the short drive to Derry City. Enjoy a guided tour through the city and the historic Walls of Derry with some free time to explore Derry City at leisure.

Day 4Today we will start with a visit to the Newmills Corn & Flax Mills. We will stop at Drumcliffe in Co. Sligo to visit the final resting place of W.B. Yeats and on the return journey enjoy some free time in Galway City.




Day 1On the first day we will travel to Slane Castle. Although better known for hosting some of the biggest concerts, the Castle is located on the banks of the River Boyne and has been the family seat of the Conyngham family since the 18th century. We will also visit the early monastic ruins and round tower at Monasterboice. Overnight in Drogheda.

Day 2Hop on board your coach and travel some of the most important ancient sites in Ireland. Visit the Hill of Tara, former seat of the High Kings of Ireland and wander through Old Mellifont Abbey. In the afternoon we will learn about the Battle of the Boyne where father and son waged war on one another during the 11th century.

Day 3Start the day with a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Brú na Boinne, visiting Newgrange and Knowth before the return journey home.


Day 1On arrival in Kilkenny we will begin our visit with a tour at the historic Highbank Orchards & Distillery, located on the outskirts of Kilkenny City. That evening we will enjoy dinner at our hotel.

Day 2Today we have a full day of touring Kilkenny’s highlights. We start with a visit to the 12th century Kilkenny Castle. We will also have a tour at the Smithwick’s Experience with over 300 years of history stored within the Brewery. In the afternoon we will discover the nearby Rothe House and Gardens.

Day 1Board your luxury coach and start your journey to Devon, nicknamed the English Riviera. We travel by ferry to the UK and on the first night will stay in Bristol.

Day 2This morning as we depart Bristol we begin with a visit to the stately home of Arlington Court, a family home for over 500 years and an unexpected jewel on the edge of Exmoor. In the afternoon we will arrive to the south coast harbour town of Torquay, where we will be staying for the next three nights.

Day 3Our group will travel to nearby Cornwall to visit Truro, the UK’s most southerly city and a vibrant centre for shopping, culture and architecture. The city boasts a magnificent cathedral with gothic towers soaring over the city rooftops. We will also visit the city’s Royal Cornwall Museum.

Day 4Enjoy a relaxing morning to explore Torquay at leisure before and afternoon visit to Powderham Castle, a 600-year old fortified manor house and home of the Earl and Countess of Devon. The Castle grounds include a Rose Garden, the Belvedere Tower, an American Garden, a Walled Garden and a Forge.

Day 5Depart Torquay this morning, and enjoy a leisurely journey through the scenic Exmoor National Park to the twin towns of Lynmouth and Lynton. These two villages on the coast, one above the other, were known by the Victorians as Little Switzerland. Lynton is an attractive little village and 600 feet below is the small harbour of Lynmouth. The two villages are linked by a famous cliff railway. In the afternoon we return to Bristol.

Day 2This morning we will enjoy a steam train ride on the Gloucester Warwickshire Steam Railway. The 35-minute journey towards Cheltenham passes through delightful Cotswolds scenery with views over the Vale of Evesham to the distant Malvern Hills. In the afternoon visit Oxford city, the City of Dreaming Spires, and explore the prestigious University, cathedrals, churches and city centre at your leisure.

Day 3This morning we will travel on to London for our guided coach tour of the city. See Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey, spot the London Eye and pass by the Tower of London. After some free time in the afternoon we travel on back to our hotel.

Day 3This morning we travel to the birthplace of William Shakespeare and enjoy some free time in Stratford-Upon-Avon. Wander into the tranquil walled garden and discover the fragrant medicinal herbs that John Hall, a physician, would have used in his remedies.

Day 4This morning our next visit will be to Sudeley Castle, rated amongst the top attractions in the Cotswolds. Explore this stunning property and experience a chance to follow the footsteps of England’s kings and queens as you wander through the award-winning gardens. This afternoon we shall visit Bourton-on-the-Water, regularly voted as one of the prettiest villages in England and known as the Venice of the Cotswolds.

Day 2We arrive to France early and make our way to the medieval town of Bayeux where we will be staying for the next 3 nights. Bayeux is famous for its links with the Battle of Hastings invasion of 1066, which is retold in the Bayeux Tapestry, a UNESCO Memory of the World.

Day 3Begin with a visit to the Juno Beach Museum before travelling to the and on to visit the largest British Commonwealth War Cemetery where nearly 5000 soldiers are buried.

Day 4Today we will visit the Caen Memorial Museum and the Pegasus Bridge & Museum which retells the story behind the glider landing. Next stop is the Atlantic Wall Museum with a visit to the D-Day Museum and Arromanches 360 Theatre.

Day 5Mont St. Michel with its Abbey, located on a little island less than 1km from the mainland, welcomes more than three million visitors each year. Enjoy your day exploring this wonderfully historic island before your overnight journey to Ireland.

Day 1Load your coach and make your way to Cork for your overnight sailing to Roscoff. Enjoy an evening meal on board the ferry where you will have a cabin for your crossing.

Day 2Arrive into Roscoff early and begin with a visit to the idyllic ancient centre of Dinan, one of the most beautiful and best-preserved towns in the Brittany region. In the afternoon continue to the lovely city of Niort where you are staying for your first night.

Day 3 Today we travel to the Bordeaux region for a vineyard tour before arriving in the town of Lourdes, where we will be staying for the next three nights. After dinner passengers have the option of taking part in the nightly torchlight procession.

Day 4Enjoy a day at leisure in Lourdes, starting with morning mass and free time to explore in the town and at the Grotto of Massabielle. Other highlights include a 1.5km walk following the Stations of the Cross and the town trail following the life of Bernadette. In the afternoon we will take the short cable car to the summit of Pic du Jer, a viewing point overlooking Lourdes and the surrounding Pyrenees Mountains.

Day 5This morning we will take a short drive to Bartrès, a little village where Bernadette was raised, and we will also explore the beautiful Lourdes Lake. The afternoon will be free to visit the highlights of Lourdes. After our evening meal at the hotel we will take part in the nightly torchlight procession.

Day 6This morning we will depart Lourdes after the morning mass and travel on to the city of Nantes for our overnight stay.

Day 7On the return journey we will visit the UNESCO World Heritage site of Mont St Michel, a Benedictine abbey on an island off the northern French coast. After the visit we return to Roscoff for our overnight sailing to Ireland.

Day 8We arrive back in Ireland in the morning and return home after the trip of a lifetime!


On February 11th 1858, 14-year-old Bernadette Soubirous saw the first of 18 apparitions of the Virgin Mary at the grotto of Massabielle in the little town of Lourdes. Located in the foothills of the Pyrenees Mountains, each year millions of pilgrims now travel to this special site. Day 1Board your luxury coach and travel by ferry to the UK, with your first overnight stay in the city of Chester.

Day 2After a leisurely breakfast we depart Chester and travel towards Harwich on the eastern UK coast. Along the way we will be visiting Barnsdale Gardens, which boasts 38 individually designed gardens to wander around. Later in the evening we will board the ferry at Harwich for the overnight crossing to the Netherlands.

Day 3The ferry will dock in the early morning at the Hook of Holland, from there we make our way to the beautiful town of Volendam, where we will be based for the next three nights. In the afternoon we take the short boat ride from Volendam to the Island of Marken and visit the authentic Wooden Shoe Factory and learn about clog-making.

Day 4Today we will be visiting Amsterdam. Begin with a tour of this beautiful city centre with our English-speaking guide. In the afternoon we shall enjoy a canal cruise and have the opportunity to see the city by boat.

Day 5This morning the group will have the chance to visit Volendam at leisure and in the afternoon we will visit Zaanse Schans traditional village. This fishing village is a living and working museum of Dutch life, with traditional clog and cheese making and iconic Dutch windmills.

Day 6After breakfast we depart Volendam and make our way to Rotterdam. Enjoy some free time in Rotterdam and visit the famous Markthal Indoor Market before boarding our ferry for the overnight sailing back to Harwich.

Day 7We arrive in to Harwich early and begin the return journey to Chester. On the way we shall stop in Stoke-on-Trent, known for its pottery industry, and enjoy a guided tour at the Wedgewood Pottery Museum. Overnight in Chester.

Day 8After breakfast we travel to Holyhead for the return ferry to Ireland after a memorable few days.
