OC Sales Responsibilities

• Assist in Securing partners or sponsors for the movement. • Assist in Securing in kind sponsors for the forum. • Assist in Securing the forum venue. • Attend OC meetings. • Work with other OCVPs when necessary.

OC Delegate Servicing Responsibilities

• Servicing the delegates during the forum (Guidance , Managing tea & lunch breaks, Managing tracks.. etc.).

• Doing registration. • Tabling before forum. • Attend OC meetings. • Work with other OCVPs when necessary.

OC Logistics Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing logistics for the marketing campaign. • Keep on track the logistics tracking system. • Assist in Securing forum logistical requirements. • Responsible on the logistical needs for the sessions During

the forum. • Attend OC meetings. • Work with other OCVPs when necessary.

OC Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the Marketing Plan for the Forum (including the 10th anniversary campaign).

• Assist in Designing all physical and digital marketing materials for the Marketing Plan.

• Tabling Before Forum. • Forum documentation. • Attend OC meetings. • Work with other OCVPs when necessary.
