National UNITY Day

Observation of Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel as Rashtriya Ekta Diwas on

31st October 2019.

Army Institute of Education, Greater Noida organized a National Unity Day on 31st Oct 2019 at AIE

Greater Noida. This day was attended by the Students-Teachers of B.Ed. 2019-21 batch as well as the

faculty members along with Non-Teaching Staff of AIE. The purpose was to aware the students about

the significance of National Unity Day. It was celebrated with great enthusiasm and zeal.

The day was started with the introduction of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel by an Anchor of the event Ms.

Abhilasha Chauhan Student- teacher of B.Ed. Batch 2019-21. Followed by Unity Pledge was taken by

all the gathering under the guidance of Dr. Tania Gupta Principal, AIE. Then after Dr. Tania Gupta

Principal, AIE did Flag off to Unity Run for Student Teachers of B.Ed. Batch 2019-21 and Faculty of AIE

and Non-Teaching Staff. After that again all are assembled in Open-Theater area of AIE, Where Ms.

Abhilasha Chauhan took Charge for Further proceedings of the events. Ms. Sadhana and Ms. Raveena

Student- teachers of B.Ed. Batch 2019-21 expressed their thoughts on Unity Day and thoughts of Sardar

Vallabhbhai Patel. There after H/Sub Maj Satya Pal Singh (OS) AIE, expressed their views on the life of

Saradr Vallabhbhai Patel and shared some life experiences. Followed by Dr. Tania Gupta Principal, AIE

addressed the gathering and shared her views on National integration and Unity of the Nation.

After that National Song & National Anthem were sung by the Students- Teachers of B.Ed. Batch 2019-

21 and all the Staff members of AIE.
