later when tourists are goneRemove the soda dispenser and left the right side for bread only dispatch and the right side with lots of place for place for tourist. And local customers will enter, buy and go !!

style storeThe idea is not new but was carried with delicacy and style. The blem is that is not attractive to the sight and poor illumination does not help either

The location does not let anyone to discover one of the finest gelatos quite close to their italian cousins.

They are, also, quite hidden behind the column that isolates it from the main customer flow

A less oppresive environment for people in their final 20's and mid 30's should quite advantageous. More colorful and less prone to visual contamination is more healthy
