BEFORE YOU ENTER THE STORE Yes the stores draws me in because of the way pictures of what is being sold inside is placed in front of the stores. The doors were transparent glass and are closed due to the air condition system. It makes me feel welcomed. The sign lettering was normal and the fonts were in Arial Black. It make me aware of what is been sold there. ENVIRONMENT The colour scheme of the store was white, and it makes the surroundings look very bright. The floors were made of tiles, and it makes you feel the movement of everyone who comes in. The ceiling is about twenty feet to the floor, and it makes me feel like i'm in a very big environment. The light is not too bright, and i think it is normal. The environment is very noisy. The noises are being caused by the movement of cars and people selling around. Yes there is music playing, and it fit the environment. The store is cold. The store is not crowded with merchandise. The store does not have a distinctive smell. The cash register is located a metres after the entrance door. The security in the store was tight. I will like to stay in the store for the whole day. Yes the environment influence the perceived value of the merchandise. PERSONNEL It does not take more than five minutes before a sales person initiates contact. The salesperson does not have a script to follow with each customer. The sales person have the same treatment for all customers. The ratio was one is to three customers. The ages of the employees were between eighteen to twenty five years, and there is no gender racist in the store. Most of them are using the store product, but not all of them. The sales people have a uniform. Yes the salespeople match the store.

PRODUCTSThe first product i noticed was body creams, soaps and baby powder.No the was no central display table.The prices of the products are easy to find.

CUSTOMERSMost customers were with someone else. The average ages were from sixten and both male and female.Yes the customers walk in the same directionOn average the customers stays in the store for at least twenty minutes.Customers are allowed touch the product, but not all products.Most customers were there to buy something.About sixty percent of customers purchases products in the store.
