• Three task forces are working simultaneously with Subcommittee – Defender Mitigation Task Force– Commercially Similar Task Force (Finished tasks)– Notification Task Force

• Working on Short-Term Firm Preemption and Competition first – Will work on Non-Firm Preemption and Competition next– Will work on Long-Term Preemption next

• Drafting the recommendation as we adopt motions – Making Business Practice Standard revisions– Subcommittee formal work on the recommendation after we
