Oake Manor is registered as a Civil Wedding Venue for the Taunton and Wellington area. You arrange for the Registrar and we will decorate the purpose-built, air-conditioned Conservatory to suit your taste.

The ceremony will take place overlooking one of the most stunning views in Somerset

Whatever your budget we can create a tailor-made package to suit your individual requirements. Whether it’s a large reception or a small discrete party for your family and friends, we will make sure your day it special. No hidden cost, room hire for the breakfast or inclusive fee. You just pay for your own customised package.

We are happy to help recommending florists, photographers and anything you may need. Or you can source everything yourself, we are here to help and ensure all discussions are hassle-free. Once everything is agreed to your liking, we will confirm details and there will be no hidden extras.

We offer a range of menus and wines to compliment your day all of which can be altered to meet your requirements. For the evening we have a buffet providing hot and cold items including vegetarian options. We can cater for any dietary requirements just speak to one of our coordinators.

We understand that your wedding day is undoubtedly one of the most exciting and important days of your life. We are dedicated to giving all couples the personal one to one service that this special day demands.

You will have one of highly experienced wedding coordinators on hand throughout your entire wedding from the initial meeting through the

planning and as Master of Ceremonies on the day to ensure it runs smoothly.

Our Wedding coodinators are Ginny and Louise who are always happy to assist with your wedding needs and make inspired suggestions if you need help. They will ensure you get the day that you’ve dreamt of with minimal hassle!

When you begin to plan your wedding, one of your first thoughts will be the colour scheme. At Oake Manor we recognise the importance of having the colours of your choice for the table cloths, table runners, chair covers and sashes.

A chair cover will be provided for each of your day guests at no extra charge. We will also have your table plan made in your colour scheme, again at no extra charge.

Our team of two wedding co-ordinators will be happy to show you the samples of colours and materials available for you to choose from for the table linen and chairs.

These are just menu suggestions, we tailor make the menu to suit each individual couple. Your guests can have a choice of starters, main courses

and desserts, you do not have to pick one dish for everyone to have.

We have a very wide selection of homemade sweets, you simply choose your favourite three and your guests will get to choose on the day which of them they would like. This will then be followed by freshly brewed tea

or coffee with a mint chocolate.
