A Family Commitment to Excellence: O. Henry House is a multi-generational family business. Growing up in a small town with several furniture plants, Founder Pete Pulliam began his furniture career with a summer gig in the machine room. His father and grandfather had also worked in the furniture business, and after many years as a financial consultant, he returned to the furniture business in 1988 with O. Henry House. Pete and his wife Frances worked together to build the business into one of the premier custom upholstery companies in the country. Today, their daughter Laura Gregory continues the family tradition in furniture-building, and is heavily involved in the design, style and marketing of the O. Henry House brand. Many employees have been with the company since inception, allowing O. Henry House to build a reputation for consistent quality, superior construction, and impeccable finishing.
