Click on this and it will let you customize the quick access toolbar. Click on screen clipping to use the snipping tool inside the application. Slide 12 N EW IN POWERPOINT Slide 13 Inserting a YouTube Clip Locate a video on YouTube Click on insert within PowerPoint Click on Video Access the embed information on YouTube Select Use old embed code You must have internet access to play these videos within your presentation. They are accessed via the web. Slide 14 Simple Video Editing This will only work for videos inserted from your computer. PowerPoint currently only accepts.avi files and.wmv files. Click on a video youve inserted Options appear in the video playback menu/tab. Options will only appear if you click on the video.
