About Nydree Flooring

At Nydree Flooring, our goal is to be the most innovative and forward thinking wood ooring

manufacturer in the world. We use the best manufacturing equipment and highest quality

environmentally friendly raw materials we can nd to create the worlds most sought after high-

trafc wood ooring products. Nydree Flooring began in 2001 with the acquisition of Gammapar

acrylic impregnated wood ooring, and later in 2003 the acquisition of its primary competitor,

PermaGrain. Gammapar and PermaGrain were founded in the mid 1960s with federal grant

money from the United States to create alternative uses for wood products. Initially the two

companies focused on increasing durability of furniture, toys, knife handles and other c onsumer

wood products before ultimately focusing on wood ooring.

Today, these technologies, which have been rened since the mid 1960s, are utilized to

manufacture extremely durable, yet stylish wood ooring products. We are proud to consider

some of the largest and most prominent national retail store chains, healthcare systems,

corporations, universities and hotels as valued clients.With manufacturing based exclusivelyin Karthaus, Pennsylvania, Nydree Flooring delivers superior customer service, impeccable

manufacturing quality and a constant focus on innovation. PermaGrain was a pioneer in

obtaining Forest Stewardship Council(FSC) certication in 1999, and today we continue that

commitment to innovation by partnering with leading industry experts in design, installation and

environmental concerns. We are deeply committed to manufacturing products that enrich

the lives of the people who use them, while decreasing building life cycle costs and positively

impacting the environment.

What is Acrylic Infused Wood Flooring?Acrylic infused is unlike any other wood ooring. Our product is real wood with the added

strength of acrylic infused throughout the top layer resulting in a product that is up to 300%

more durable than standard wood ooring. Our proprietary technology allows our ooring

to be used in some of the most prominent high trafc projects in the world. Our engineered

construction uses 7 plies of marine grade Baltic Birch, glued with marine grade adhesive,

topped with a 1/10 thick acrylic infused wood wear layer.

Acrylic infused wood is made from natural

wood that is infused with acrylic resin fora stronger, tougher oor. We invented the

process in 1963 and continue to perfect it.
