The subject property is legally described as Lot 1 Except: Part Subdivided by Plan BCP27781, District Lots 7218 and 7219 Cariboo District Plan PGP45718. The OCP designation of a portion of the subject property is proposed to be amended from Recreation Commercial (RC) to Agriculture/Resource (AG/RES). The subject property is located on Highway 16 East. The owner is N&V Construction Ltd. Inc. No. BC721272. The agent is Viktor Bugaychuk. Following the public consultation period the application will return to the Regional Board to consider authorization of a public hearing into the matter. SEE REVERSE FOR LOCATION AND PROPOSAL MAPS All those who deem their interest in land to be affected by the proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to present written submissions. Written submissions may be delivered by hand, mail, fax or email and must be received by the Regional District no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 to be considered. Any material received will become public information.
