Chinese Food Quantity Recommend
• 50~80% Grains : corn, barley, millet, oats, rice, wheat
• 30~40% Cooked vegetables : Carrots, potatoes, fennel, beans, cabbage etc
• 5% Meat : beef, lamb, poultry, fish
• 5% Raw foods, salads, fruit : small portion of the overall diet; more during the Summer
• Only small amounts of liquid during meals

Chicken Egg
• Conditions : Dry cough, hoarse voice, dysentery, blood and Yin deficiency, hyperactive fetus, lubricates dryness
• Contraindications : Do not eat too many eggs. Do not eat eggs fried or raw.
