Nuclear Power
it’s neither safe nor clean
If a meltdown should occur, the accident could kill and injure a lot of people
radioactive Waste
Costs
New nuclear units are currently indicating that the total cost will end with the range of 5,500/kW to 8,100/kW or between 6 billion and 9 billion dollars for each 1.100 MW plant.
How it works
The atom is held together with great force. When it is hit by a neutron, it can split apart. Also known as fission. Because uranium atoms are so large, the atomic force that binds it together is weak, which makes uranium good for fission.

The Future
In the future, when Uranium gets more expensive, it will be mined from the ocean floor. After the sedimentum has been removed there will be enough uranium to provide the world with power for thousands of years.
