    1 Introduction1.1 Description:

    NTS200 test bench is our latest independent researched special device to

    test the performance of high-pressure common rail injector, controlled by

    industrial computer, Windows operating system. The oil quantity is

    measured by sensor and displayed on computer screen(Electronic fuel

    delivery system). All data can be searched and saved. It adopts

    BOSCH(DENSO) original common rail pump to provide 0~1600 bar for

    rail pressure(DENSO). The rail pressure can be adjusted automatically,

    and it also provide pressure overload protect. It can test common rail

    injector of BOSCH, SIEMENS, DELPHI, DENSO. Advanced technology,

    steady performance, precise measurement and convenient operation.

    1.2 Characteristic

    1. Controlled by industrial computer in real time, Windows operating system.

    2. Oil quantity is measured by sensor and displayed on 10.4

    tactile LCD

    screen;

    3. More than 400 kinds of injecotors data can be searched and used.

    4. It is installed BOSCH(DENSO) common rail pump to provide 0~1600 bar for

    denso rail.

    5. Rail pressure can be tested in real time,

    6. Provide pressure overload protect by DENSO rail.

    7. Pulse and frequency of the injector can be adjusted.

    8. Injection time can be setted.

    3. Test the pre-injection of common rail injector.

    4. Test the max. oil quantity of common rail injector.

    5. Test the cranking oil quantity of common rail injector.

    6. Test the back flow oil quantity of common rail injector.

    7.Test the average oil quantity of common rail injector.

    8. Test the seal performance of common rail injector.

    9. Data can be searched and saved.

    2 Preparation2.1 Check the accessories

    Open the package of goods received, please check the box and packing list

    items are the same, if any items are missing, please contact the service

    personnel.

    Attention:

    1. Three wires are fire wires. The voltage between any two of fire wires are

    380V or 220v,

    2. One wire is Zero wire.

    Power connection based by the photo, if the pump motor speed reversal,

    please change any two of the fire wires.

    32 THE BASIC OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS3.2.1, Open NTS200 software as the first screen display is mainly used to test

    the fuel injector:

    A. Upper-left & right corner is thepressure gauge andtachometer,the current

    pressure and speed will be real-time display on the two gauges.

    B. TempCtrl shows the current fuel temperature, control the temperature

    turned on/ off, and the atomization and absorption state also appear here

    C. Upper right corner shows Operate status of each item.

    D. Middle is the main interface, the main interface select button on the left is

    the condition

    Test steps:1. Leak test (Sealing test), 2, VL test (start testing) 3,LL test ( full

    load test) , 4 VE Test Idle test, 5, Start Test (pre-spray test), 6, User (user

    test)

    The main interface is the injector top choice to open the drop-down list to

    select the fuel injector, you can click "Load"button in the pop-up box for the

    choice of

    E. The main interface is shown the amount of delivery oil; show the value of

    the return oiland inject oil.

    F. The function keys at the bottom of the window. Some function keys are

    changing on the different display screen; it must be actual operation only after

    functional identification.

    Operation, "F1", "F10" function key is fixed/Confirmed.

    3.2.2 Following is the second Interface:

    Only the main interface has changed, it can test pumps, fuel injectors, and rail;

    also it can test adjustable parameters freely.

    Each set of parameters which correspond to a work situation which can define

    parameters, when it increase the work items, this function can achieved

    through parameter setting.

    Choose Close loop test when testing common rail injectors. Underling the

    closed-loop testing, it can set the rail pressure directly. Choose the

    open-loop to test common rail pumps, it can control the oil pump proportional

    valve by setting the PWM value, in order to control the rail pressure, to finish

    test the performance pump ( good or not). Under normal circumstances, if the

    PWM value is set up, the pressure fluctuations within the +-1MPA, can

    determine the pump performance is good.

    Select the pump rotational speed at following interface.

    This interface is simple, mainly used for complete the traditional test bench

    system functions. The system can compatible with Euro 2 standards for

    equipment inspection and maintenance.

    It also include the operate mode, which users the freedom to edit the data

    can be, each model for different parameters.

    3. 2. 4 Continuous Fuel Delivery Analysis computerized measuring

    system

    For conventional and new diesel injection systems.

    To display injection oil and return oil of each cylinder, the dynamic measuring

    cup liquid level display. This function must increase with delivery oil program

    module.

    3.2.5 Parameter setting interface

    A. General Users simply select the corresponding model in the target

    parameter set to meet the work requirements. We will add the used

    parameters to convenient choose. Users only select the parameters you need

    on the line simply, so if no special requirements, it neednt move to the

    parameter setting section.

    B. Parameter settings for advanced users. When user Delete, add, edit

    parameters, it must required quite serious, can set refer to the existing set of

    parameters, more details please refer to our setting out the relevant

    documents.

    C, User can test the pump, rail, select Settings. Moreover, because the

    direction of rotation does not pump as in reversing and speed of this interface

    options, and then save.

    3.2.6 Problem analysis.

    Some reference information helps you understand the system work

    3.2.7 Data Report

    It included the sample, then users can edit the Data report themselves, you

    can save or print after editing the files.

    If sample is not to your needs, can be saved as files to write your own

    example, for the next use.

    3.2.8 Serial Port setting

    This interface only need simply set the corresponding serial number; other

    parameters dont need be amended.

    Serial port supports hardware serial port, or USB virtual serial port, make sure

    that good use of the products currently using the serial number.

    USB virtual serial port number can be seen in the hardware list.

    After make confirm ( automatically connection), download starts

    automatically connected based on present setting. If need modify the

    connection, it can open serial port settings window at the "Options" menu.

    4 Maintenance responsibility1, Under the normal operating, due of quality of products itself, maintenance free of

    charge within the one year guarantee;

    2, Due to abnormal use, resulting in product damage, the user bear the maintenancecosts;

    3, The product life-long maintenance, one year later, the user bear the maintenance

    costs.
