Introduction It is our sincere hope that these documents enclosed herein may help

to perceive that New-Town Trading Contracting and Services (NTCS)

is an enterprise that is financially sound, technologically capable

and has a deep sense of responsibility implementation of projects.

We are ready to provide any additional information if needed.

Company history NTCS started operation with a main role in project management and

general contracting works based in Beirut, Lebanon. Our expertise

embraces the full execution range of Civil and electro-mechanical

works (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, BMS, and Fire Fighting) in

residential, public, and commercial buildings, as well as heavy

works in industrial complexes and factories. Soon afterwards NTCS

expanded its expertise and established a system specializing in Fit-

outs and civil finishing.

Throughout our experience in Lebanon, and Qatar, we have executed

a wide variety of prestigious projects and consequently become one

of the leading quality Fit-out contractors.

We have been working closely with well-known principals,

manufacturers, and suppliers committed to quality and service in all

fields related to our core business. We are therefore committed to

achieve top quality management.

A pictorial survey that follows evidence some of the company's major

achievements in the creation of new land-marks for both the Public

and private sectors.
