Overview

We are guests of these facilities, and the lot is shared with other club patrons, please follow protocol Everyone must park. No idling or drop-

and-go

Park in in GREEN areas only

No parking or idling in RED area

No entry into the tennis facility by anyone for any reason.

Stay in cars, no gathering

Arrive no more than 10 minutes before practice

Because of the strict guidelines, coaches will NOT accommodate late arrivals. GATE WILL BE CLOSED SAFETY –POOL RULES

Athletes must stay in car until signaled by a coach to cue up at entrance

Note: Staff will be monitoring this and failure to comply could result athletes being suspended.

Parents must remain in local area (10 minute response) in case of emergency

If coach observes COVID symptoms

Swimmer return to Deck Home Base

Put on mask

Wait until transportation has arrived

Follow self-isolation procedure

Coaches will remove any swimmers from practice that fail to comply or will discontinue practice if unsafe.

Arrival | START END

1) Athletes must wear masks when entering and exiting the facility

2) Coach will call groups one-at-a-time to orange cones (C). When coach signals, exit car and stand by it. Group will enter in this order: Blue 1-2-3 | Blue 4-5-6 | Red 1-3-5

3) Each group will have a wellness check prior to entering facility.

Note: If coach observes COVID symptoms, swimmer will be turned away from practice and required to follow self-isolation procedure (see policy).

3) After entering use provided or personal hand sanitizer on hands

4) Proceed to Deck Home Base assigned lane number and cone color.

Note: Changing or showering is NOT permitted. Arrive with suits on.

5) Remove masks, prepare for water entry

6) Await further instructions

Arrival | TURN END

1) Athletes must wear masks when entering and exiting the facility

2) Coach will call groups one-at-a-time to orange cones (C). When coach signals, exit car and stand by it. Group will enter in this order: Green 1-2-3 | Green 4-5-6 | Purple 2-4-6

3) Each group will have a wellness check prior to entering facility.

Note: If coach observes COVID symptoms, swimmer will be turned away from practice and required to follow self-isolation procedure (see policy).

3) After entering use provided or personal hand sanitizer on hands

4) Proceed to Deck Home Base assigned lane number and cone color.

5) Remove masks, prepare for water entry

6) Await further instructions

Set-up | Tear Down

Groups may be asked to set-up and/or tear down lane lines using reel (R) or backstroke flags from shed (Q)

1) At coach command, swimmers proceed from Deck Home Base to assigned install/tear down lane lines and install lane lines, and backstroke flags. Coaches use tightening tool as required.

Note: Maintain proper 6’ social distance at all times and WEAR MASKS

2) Return to Deck Home Base when complete

3) Use provided or personal hand sanitizer on hands

4) Await further instructions

Note: regarding Floating Station MarkersAt end of session as needed, uninstall markers and return to coaches.

Practice Begins

1) At coach command, swimmers proceed to assigned lane number and cone color:

Deck Entry | Rest Positions

1) During rest periods, return to Pool Entry at assigned color and lane

2) When entering an exiting pool, stay on own lane side of cones.

3) Do not wander from location without permissionNote: Maintain proper 6’ social distance at all times using cones.

Pool Start and Stop Positions

1) When commanded, purple and red swimmers enter water and swim to Floating Station MarkerNote: on first swim of the day, install markers at flags (5 yds)

2) Followed by Blue and Green swimmers enter water, staying by wall 3) Await further instructions

Observe swim direction as shown, i.e. in CCW circle.

Note: During rest periods, return to Pool Entry at assigned color and lane. Maintain proper 6’ social distance at all times

These are your water START and STOPpositions!

Practice Ends

1) Proceed to Deck Home Base (B) assigned group, lane number and cone color

2) Use provided or personal hand sanitizer on hands

3) Put on masks, prepare to leave

Note: Changing or showering is NOT permitted. Leave with suits on.

4) Await further instructions

Departure | START END

1) Athletes must wear masks when exiting the facility

Note: Maintain proper 6’ social distance at all times.

2) Coach will dismiss groups one-at-a-time to orange cones (C). Groups will exit in this order: Red 1-3-5 | Blue 4-5-6 | Blue 1-2-3 |

Note: Athletes will not be permitted to store their equipment and/or bags at facilities. They MUST be taken home after every practice.

3) Coach must observe all athletes in the group in car before calling next group

Athletes must leave the facility immediately!

No loitering, congregating or other extra-curricular or social activity should take place.

This includes lobby area, hallways, outside pool area or parking lot.

Departure | TURN END

1) Athletes must wear masks when exiting the facility

Note: Maintain proper 6’ social distance at all times.

2) Coach will dismiss groups one-at-a-time to orange cones (C). Groups will exit in this order: Purple 2-4-6 | Green 4-5-6 |Green 1-2-3 |

Note: Athletes will not be permitted to store their equipment and/or bags at facilities. They MUST be taken home after every practice.

3) Coach must observe all athletes in the group in car before calling next group

Athletes must leave the facility immediately!

No loitering, congregating or other extra-curricular or social activity should take place.

This includes lobby area, hallways, outside pool area or parking lot.

Emergency Evacuation Plan

1) In the event of an emergency, gather under awning and NOT in tennis club.

2) Wear masks if possible, though social distancing guidelines are suspended in this case
