DESCRIPTION
LEAD as delivered at AIESEC UK's NSC2014 conference. See also the resource booklet distributed in the session.TRANSCRIPT
What is lead?
I & self. Reflective learning and metacognition.I & others. Team leadership & management.I & the world. Taking responsibility for the world.
Visualisation exercise. Envision yourself as the leader you want to be. What skills, attitudes, behaviours will you need in order to become this leader?
WHY?
Typical member story. Challenge delegates to think how much more our members could develop if we delegated properly. Perhaps have them stand up or somehow acknowledge if they didn’t have proper TMP XP, etc.
Use paper dolls - As one person you can only do so much, but you can multiply your influence by delegating effectively
