Culture Survey• Interim report from the “Determined Dozen”

• Members of the Volunteer Group will hand out index cards and pencils for writing down suggestions.

• There are boxes at the exit to deposit the cards.• The suggestions will be vetted by the Volunteer Group.

Introductory Comments• Volunteer Group looked at the rich set of data:

• 587 responses to 64 multiple-choice questions• 1096 comments to 4 open-ended questions

• Caveats: • CultureIQ does not release data for groups that have ≤10

respondents. Results are rolled up into the next larger group of respondents and labeled “Other”.

• It is important not to draw conclusions about subgroups among the “Other” constituents

• Volunteer group focused on responses with “negative” ratings offering great opportunities for improvement; there are many positive aspects to NPP culture!
