NPC Names June Wolfe “Super

Staffer” of the Year! June Wolfe, Construct’s Housing Director, received the 2018

Berkshire Nonprofit Center Award. June shepherded a $3.5 million

dollar building project to provide affordable housing for the south

Berkshires. June helps tenants move forward with her fierce

compassion and her understanding of the challenges households with

low incomes face, combined with support and opportunities for

accountability and growth. She is tenacious and fastidious with

detail, and at the same time she is able to see the big picture.

Thanks to June’s leadership over the last 4 years the Forest Springs

Building project was completed on time and under budget.

Jane Glaser and Bob Bogomolny

Many thanks to: Shirley Friedman-Yohalem, Susie Weekes Roeder and Thomas Berkel for their extraordinary

service to Construct. We are so very grateful for their expertise, commitment and dedication to Construct.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Jane Glaser comes to Construct through her friendship with several of our current board members and is very

community focused. Jane started the Jewish Women's Foundation in Berkshire county, she created and developed

the VIM coupon book, and she has been a very strong fundraiser for various community organizations.

Jane’s commitment to our work is strong and she has many wonderful ideas for Construct and the upcoming 50th

Anniversary.

Bob Bogomolny graduated from Harvard College and Harvard Law School. He worked on law reform in

Washington and New York before teaching at Southern Methodist University Law School in Dallas for 7 years. He

served as Dean of the Law School at Cleveland State University. Bob was Senior Vice President and General

Counsel of Searle, a multi-national pharmaceutical company, before serving as President of the University of

Baltimore for 14 years.

Construct welcomes Jane and Bob with open arms and we are grateful to have them share their talents with us.

Berkshire County Board of Realtors hosts “Battle of the Bartenders” and

Construct comes out the Winner!!!

The Berkshire Board of Realtors hosted an evening of fun and merriment on June 14 at The Olde

Heritage Tavern in Lenox. The evening consisted of 5 sets of

bartenders competing to get the largest tips for their hour “on deck”.

All funds raised from tips and raffles went to Construct.

Thank you to the Board of Realtors and The Olde Heritage Tavern and

the bartenders for their participation and contribution to this evening

fundraising and fun.
