For their regional head office in Istanbul Turkey our client is looking for a
Sales & Marketing Manager Turkey & Middle East
You are part of the regional Management Team on a long term basis. Together with the
team (5 members) you are responsible for the execution of the operational plans and the
realization of the strategy and targets.
You will report to the Team Leader of the company in Istanbul and work within the global
matrix of the organization. You will be responsible for the commercial results of our
client in the region.
Core tasks:
Give guidance, support and monitor the activities of the Sales & Marketing team.
Structure, coach and develop the team.
Develop and execute the regional market approach in accordance with the core values
and mission. You will strengthen the clients brand position in the region in line with the
international group branding strategy. Observe and analyze the relevant markets from a
conceptual-strategic angle and based on this, develop and implement new or modified
sales and marketing policies within the company’s strategy.
Drive the regional stakeholders approach and the execution and creation of regional
value propositions and contribute to the development of groups strategies and the
exchange of best practices.
Increase the added value project sales of the Company’s core segments: district
heating/cooling networks, renewable energy sources and smart energy saving solutions
for buildings.
Maintain and develop good relationships with key accounts and other important
stakeholders. Hands-on Business Development and Sales.
Act as a "key-representative" of our client, representing the company in business
relevant networks (in the field of construction, technical design, energy and installation),
at fairs, in conferences and in the media.
Live the core values of our client and be an active ambassador for ‘taking care of energy
and the environment’, Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainable awareness.
Educational Background
Bachelors degree (mechanical, industrial or commercial).
Experience Proven track record of being successful in sales roles,
preferably in an international industry with a minimum of 7
years of people management experience. Has acumen for
business opportunities, strategic analysis and pragmatic
problem solving. Project management.
Languages skills Excellent communication skills, a very good command of
English and Turkish. (both fluent)

experience
An entrepreneurial attitude with knowledge of the general
business operation. Insights in business economics and
production processes. Familiar with management principles as
well as with the assessment and development of staff.
Complies with the highest standards of business ethics.
Excellent negotiator.

develop and to lead personal and functional partnerships.
Energetic and target-oriented. Excellent networker and
relationship builder. Goal oriented connector and team player
able to bridge boundaries between the outside and the inside
an within the client (regionally and internationally, cross
departmental and cross regional).
Travelling locally and internationally up to 70% (50% local, 20% Middle East)
