Online Registration

1. Please, enter into your browser domain name http://en.imrb2017.ru/ or simply click on the link.

2. There are two buttons to go to the registration form on the main page: "Registration" and "Register now". Click on any of them.

3. You will see a page with the registration form. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*)

4. The first set of questions is focused on the key data about participant.

Please, fill in the e-mail address carefully. You will receive an e-mail with login information from your personal account on this address!

Date of birth should be filled in as following “dd.mm.yyyy”. For your convenience the calendar window appears as you click on this field. Select year, month and day in the calendar.

Paricipants on a certain delegation should fill in the delegation name (as usual - short name of the institution or country).

5. The next set of questions in the registration form related to the residence and place of work.

6. If you are going to attend the event with a companion, please click ( ) in the box.If no - leave this field blank.

► Please, pay attention that all fields are required to fill in.

7. Next step: you need to select the participant package. You can find packages description in the Second Announcement.

► In case if you put "tick" in the field “Companion”, there will appear some additional fields. Please, fill it in.

9. Congratulations! You have completed the registration successfully! To authorize your Personal Account please check your e-mail inbox for a confirmation letter.

8. Next, you should read carefully the consent to personal data processing, located on the following link:

► Please tick ( ) in the field, if you fully agree with the terms and conditions.

Then click the button "Sign Up".

10. Please check the e-mail, specified at the registration form, to find the confirmation letter. If you don't find the letter, please check the junk/spam box first.

11. Follow the link provided in the email.

12. After that you will be redirected to the Personal account log-in page.

13. Please update your email box to get the next letter containing login and password.

14. Follow to the website and enter information to log in.

► Congratulations! You have passed the registration procedure and now have an access to all features of the Personal account!

Personal account: Features and capabilities

Login to Personal Account

After the procedure of registration is completed you will receive your password to log in your Personal account. On the main page of the site www.en.imrb2017.ru click on the "Login" button to log in.

Please enter your login and password in the pop-up window.

Main sections of the Personal Account

► Basic information about participant. Here you may change the information indicated earlier and change your password.

► Individual time-schedule. Your individual schedule, based on your trip information and preferences, will appear here. At the moment this section is under construction.

► Important information. This section shows information from the IMRB-2017 Organizing Committee.

► Additional information. Section related to your preferences, data of arrival/departure to/from the cities of the event, list of excursions you are going to visit, and application form for visa support.

► My orders. Here you may create the invoices to make a payment for the participant package.

► My documents. In this section there will be basic accounting documents for your participation in the Conference.

► My paper. Here you may download the abstracts and materials for your paper.

► Write a letter. Here you may contact Organizers of the Conference using the feedback form.

Basic information about participant

You can also change the password to the most comfortable. Length of the new password must be at least 8 characters. After entering a new password you will receive the information on your e-mail with a status of final changing of the password.

Click on "Change data" if you want to view and/or modify your personal information. In this section you may change the basic registration information specified during the registration on the website.

The first section is related to your CV. Please provide brief introduction of your occupation, position, experience and achievements in the field of Mine Rescue.

Please pay special attention to completing this section. IMRB-2017 Organizing Committee needs certain data on your arrival/departure and other information to make all necessary arrangements. This section should be completed gradually as soon as you will have the updates about your trip.

The second seсtion of additional information is focused on the travel details.

Arrival date should be specified strictly in accordance to your ticket using following format: dd.mm.yyyy.For your convenience the calendar window appears as you click on this field. Select year, month and day in the calendar.

Arrival time. You need to specify the time of your arrival in accordance with your ticket. Arrival time mentioned in a ticket is typically local.

Please specify the flight number with the prefix of the airline. Example: SU 1001, UT 192.

Choose an airport from the list.

Similarly fill in the details of departure.

► Please complete this section not later than August 1, 2017.

Next, fill in the section dedicated to dietary preferences and health restrictions. Please choose the most suitable option from the drop-down list.

The next section is related to visa support.

If you do not need a visa, please, pass this section and proceed to the next one.

The next section is devoted to the variety of field trips and touristic excursions. Choice of excursions will be offered after March 31, 2017. Please follow the announcements from Organizing Committee closely.

► Please complete this section not later than August 15, 2017.

In case if you need visa support, please choose "Yes" from the drop-down list. Then there will appear some new fields, which should be filled in. Please complete this form carefully in accordance with your passport details and information about your place of work. This information is required for preparing correct documents for further visa procedures.

► Please complete this section before July 1, 2017.

Please, download copy of the main page of your travel passport. These details are necessary for access to the industrial and other facilities. It is possible to attach files in jpg and pdf formats. When you click on “Send” button, uploaded information will be saved.

Similarly, you should fill in the section of visa support for accompanied person or companion.

► Please complete this section not later than July 1, 2017.

Payment could be made by the organization/company or a person.

If you decided to make a payment from organization or company, please click on the "Bank details" and fill in all required data. After filling the information, click "Send". All data will be saved and automatically in all invoices.

This section is used to issue the invoice for further payment for the participant package.

If you make a payment from a private person, please click on "Add" button.

The data provided at the registration appears in the fields automatically.

As a default, type of payer is private person. You can change it by clicking the drop-down list. If you select the type of payer "Legal body", there will appear new fields to fill in. It will be automatically filled in if you have previously filled out the form "Bank details ".

Please, choose the currency. Next step you should choose preferable payment method.

The payment status will be updated automatically.

In case of "Bank card" payment method an invoice will appear at the "My orders" section of your Personal account. You should click "Pay" button to redirect to the acquiring partner (Aquiropay) page to make a payment.

In case of "Bank transfer" payment method an invoice will appear at the "My orders" section of your Personal account. Click on it to view and print the document.

► The last step is to click "Create order".

Please contact our Conference Organization Committee via the Feedback form in your Personal Account or via e-mail at [email protected] (please specify "Invoice" in the subject line). In 1-2 days the invoice will automatically appear in “My orders” section.

In case you need to:► make changes in the invoice created on the website;

► receive a specially-created invoice, with special formulations in it;

► receive an invoice for the registration of Delegation.

Click on the "Additional" button in case if you need a contract or additional accounting documents. When putting "tick" ( ) at "Additional accounting documents needed", the field for entering text will open and you should describe here type of the documents you need. Organizers will update all the documents in this section within 5 days after you send a request. All accounting documents can be downloaded from Your Personal account. The hard copies of documents will be provided at the Registration desk during the Conference’s working days.

Here you will find the main accounting documents for your participation in the Conference.

Please, enter the title of your paper and upload the abstracts (formats are doc or docx).

Please upload your presentation, (formats are ppt or pptx).

Please upload the thesis of your paper, (formats are doc or docx).

Click on "Send" button.

In this section you will be able to submit the abstract and download the materials for your report.

Click on "Add New paper" button:

Congratulations! Your materials have been successfully uploaded! Icon of the materials appears in the section "My Reports". Status of the materials is shown on the right of the icon.

The last section of the Personal account is used for feedback with the technical Secretariat of the Conference. If you have a question regarding the work of the Personal Account, participation in the Conference, etc., please describe your question / problem and click "Send". You will receive the answer on the e-mail provided at registration.
