1. Implement the following transport files according to your SAP ERP release.

They are attached to this Note.

NOTE: Before installing the files, please read the section above to be aware of risks and restrictions

2. Maintenance View J_1BALV

2.1. Go to Transaction SE11

2.2. Select the View radio button and enter J_1BALV

2.3. Choose the Change button

2.4. Select the Table/Join Conditions tab

2.5. Select J_1BAM in the Tables window

2.6. Choose the Delete Row button (enter at warning)

2.7. Select the View Flds tab

2.8. Select SCONRF

2.9. Press the ‘Delete Row’ button

2.10. Save and activate your changes

3.2. Select the Database Table radio button and enter J_1BAL

3.3. Choose the change push button

3.4. Replace data element J_1BSCONRF of field SCONRF by J_1BSCONRFH

3.5. Select the line with field SCONRF and press the Foreign Keys button

3.6. In the pop-up J_1BAMH must be entered as check table

select Foreign key field type Key fields/candidates

set Cardinality to 1:CN

3.7. Select the Copy button or press Enter

3.8. Save and activate your changes.

4.4. Select the Table/Join Conditions tab

4.5. Select J_1BAL in the Tables window

4.6. Choose the Relationships button at the bottom of the screen

4.7. Select J_1BAMH

4.8. Choose ‘Copy’ button in pop-up

4.9. Select J_1BAMH in the Tables window

4.10. Choose Relationships button at the bottom of the screen.

4.11. Select J_1BAMHT

4.12. Choose ‘Copy’ button in pop-up

4.13. Save and activate your changes.

4.14. Select the View Flds tab

4.15. Choose Table Fields button

4.16. Select J_1BAL

4.17. Choose Choose button

4.18. Select SCONRF

4.19. Choose ‘Copy’ button

4.20. Choose Table Fields button

4.21. Select J_1BAMHT

4.22. Choose Choose button

4.23. Select SCNRFT

4.24. Choose ‘Copy’ button

4.25. Save and activate.

5. (Re)generate table maintenance J_1BALV




5.4. In the menu bar go to Utilities(M) Table Maintenance Generator

5.5. Choose the Change (F7) button

5.6. Select the following in the pop-up

- Create Maintenance screen

- New Field/Sec.table in structure

- Field/Sec.table removed from structure

- Other text tables relation

5.7. Select the following in the subsequent pop-up

- Overview screen 240

5.8. Select Continue (enter)

You will get a pop-up with the message that Maintenance screen 240 will be deleted and recreated.

5.9. Press Continue (enter)

6. Maintain Screen SAPLJ1BW 240

6.1. Go to transaction SE51

6.2. Enter Program SAPLJ1BW and Screen 0240

6.3. Select Layout editor


6.5. Select table Frame TCTRL_J_1BALV and enlarge to 150

6.6. Select field of 1st column (NFTYPE) and double click

in pop-up Enlarge size to 15 positions

6.7. Select text of 1st column (NFTYPE)

in pop-up Change window Attributes Tab Dict and set modify to ‘2’

6.8. 2nd

column (Manual)

- Field size 10 positions

- Text modify = ‘1’

6.9. 3rd

Column (MODEF)

- text modify = ‘3)

6.10. 4th column (SCONRF)

- Field size 18 positions

7. Your existing modifications to Nota Fiscal screen controls

7.1. Field groups (J_1BAE)

The replacements of this table are J_1BAEH and J_1BAEIT. Both tables contain 3 entries for you:

Groups 98, 99 and 100. You can use these without you making modifications. Any group you add is

a modification.

7.2. Assignment of fields to field groups. (J_1BAK)

The replacements of this table are J_1BAKH and J_1BAKIT. The maintenance views in SM30 are

J_1BAKHV and J_1BAKITV. In the latter fields from the structures J_1BDYLIN and J_1BDYSTX

are assigned to field groups from J_1BAEIT. All other structures are managed in J_1BAKH. Anny

assignment you add is a modification.

7.3. Screen controls (J_1BAM)

The replacements of this table are J_1BAMH and J_1BAMIT. Screen controls that have been

added by you will be migrated in one of the post implementation steps. If you have added additional

groups, then you will have to correctly set these. Modifications can be avoided if the screen controls

are copied and the copy is in the customer number range of 9000 and above.

7.4. Screen control assignment to Nota Fiscal type (J_1BAL)

The migration program in the post implementation steps will take care of this table if you have

created your own screen controls.
