Proposed 2011 work:
Magmatic Cu+Ni+PGE
10 Mt @ 1.5% Ni
Southwestern Greenland
4,841 km2 exclusive prospecting licence
None but most targets <50 km from ice-free tide water
Prospecting and shallow drilling (average hole length <50 m) discovered numerous high grade Ni showings (e.g. 12.89 m @ 2.24% Ni and 0.63% Cu) in 1960’s and 70’s. Fixed wing TEM and frequency domain EM surveys flown in the1990s failed to identify any drill targets.
Likely that significant drill targets were missed as previous geophysics was flown subparallel to strike and at too high an altitude. Modern helicopter TEM perpendicular to strike at low altitude will have a much better chance of locating drill targets.
Compilation, one-week field checking targets and 1800 to 2000 line-km helicopter TEM and magnetics.
PROJECT LOCATION
• On the South-west coast of Greenland
• Centred 130 km north of the capital, Nuuk.
• Ports along this part of the coast are ice free year-round.
NorthAtlantic
REGIONAL GEOLOGY
• Project is situated within the Archean Akia terrane.
• The Akia terrane is a 3.4 – 2.9 Ga block comprised mainly of retrogressed granulite facies gneisses.
PROJECT GEOLOGY
• Underlain by ortho- and paragneiss with amphibolite septae.
• Numerous noritic and other ultramafic bodies intrude the gneisses and often contain Ni-Cu mineralization.
• The intrusions are concentrated in, but not restricted to, an arcuate belt ~15 km wide by 80 km long that wraps around the east and south margins of the Finnefjeld Gneiss Complex.

2011 Exploration Program
• Compile all available historical data.• Re-interpret historical airborne geophysical data
for new targets.• Acquire and analyze satellite imagery for new
targets.• Brief field program to examine selected
occurrences, locate historical drill holes and check targets generated by the work listed above.
• Select priority areas for helicopter TEM surveying (~2,000 km) in preparation for drilling in 2012.
