This year, Land Shark Shredding was the proudleading sponsor of the Bowling Green 26.2 andhalf-marathon race. Not only did Land Sharklead the way in helping to sponsor this race tobeat Multiple Sclerosis, but we had two of our very own run the half-marathon.
Our head shark, Don Gerard, ran his 11th half-marathon and finished with a timeof 2 hours and 16 minutes. This was Emily Braun's first half-marathon and shecompleted with a time of 2 hours and 45 minutes.
We are so proud of our Street Sharks for running in this event and we cannot waitto sponsor the BG 26.2 for years to come!

This season, Land Shark Shredding began a shred bin competition, encouragingour clients to get creative and submit their best-dressed bins.
We would like to offer congratulations to NESCO of Bowling Green for winningthis season's competition! As our winner, they have been featured across oursocial media accounts, in this newsletter, and will have their office lunch coveredby us.

Land Shark is pleased to announce that we have added Rhode Island tothe list of now 16 states where we have long term contracts with one majorfederal agency. Though the majority of these are east of the Mississippi wedo work with this agency in a few western states as well.
Land Shark recently had the honor of assisting in the Hurricane Michaelrecovery in a small way. We were contacted to provide secure containers tohold confidential patient information for a mobile clinic and a mobilepharmacy set up in a Panama City Walmart parking lot. Kudus to ourfriends at Gilmore Services who delivered the containers for us withinhours, despite the high degree of difficulty that still exists in driving into andaround the city.
Over 10,000 pounds of material was shredded at this year's HouseholdHazardous Waste Day! Land Shark is always happy to serve ourcommunity and help to keep them safe from harm and identity theft.
Late October brought some important events for the life of our Land Sharkteam members. Our VP of Operations, Mandy Stuckey and her husbandJeremy, celebrated ten years of marriage. Also, our driver, BrandonHigdon, got married to his wife, Ally, on October 24th. Congratulations tothese couples!
We also celebrated the birthday of the assistant to the VP of Operations,Viki Morgan and boss' day to our head shark himself, Don Gerard.
Erin's daughter, Whitaker, celebrated a birthday and was inducted into theJunior Beta club.
