Message from the President
Exciting news for our center. We will be
starting Bingo on Thursday nights in De-
cember. It will be held from 6-9pm every
Thursday evening. Come join the fun and
bring a friend. We also want to welcome
back Tai Chi on Tuesdays from 10-
11:30am. We are looking for people to join
our Board. If you are interested please tell
Michelle or one of our Board Members.
Message from the Operations Manager
We are excited about the extension of our
daytime Bingo to also include night Bingo.
We are always looking for more sugges-
tions for our activities. Stop by the Ops
Managers office or write your suggestion
down and leave at the reception desk. If it
fits and will work here, we will give it a
try. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. We
really would like to hear from the age
group between 18 and 49. Call or stop in.
We would love to have you here.

"Last year, I couldn't find my grandma's turkey recipe card and
looked up how long and hot to cook a turkey online. The inter-
net lied. My turkey was ready about three hours before people
were even scheduled to arrive! I called my grandma in a panic
and she diagnosed me like Dr. House, asking all these diagnos-
tic cooking questions: How long did you have it in for? What tem-
perature was it at? How big is the turkey? What color is the skin now?
What are you basting it with? She talked me down and we rigged
a tin foil moisture response system to keep it warm. Luckily, it
turned out great!"
