All students must have passed the PERT test to register for second semester Broward College courses. Media News Our library has expanded to include an entire section dedicated to high school level books. Additionally, Mrs. Richter, the Media Specialist, has applications for Nova Library cards for our students. With that card, the students have access to college level articles for the research part of their Science fair projects. Science Fair All students are required to do a science fair project demonstrating the scientific method in action. The projects are due December 11, 2017 to Mrs. Rivera. Semester Academic Planning (SAP) Meetings We have concluded our first semester academic planning meetings. We feel that these are crucial to the development of academic goals for our students. PERT Tutoring/Exam

PERT Tutoring continues Monday-Thursday in preparation of the November 4, 2017 PERT test. All students must have passed the PERT test to register for second semester Broward College courses.

Service Hours Students must earn a minimum of forty (40) service hours a school year. There are many opportunities to earn service hours at school and in the community. Please make sure to document your service hours on the correct forms and submit to Mrs. Gaver in Room 401.

Advanced Placement Human Geography Tutoring

FREE tutoring for Advanced Placement Human Geography will take place every Tuesday from 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. in Room 215. ** Please make sure that your student has purchased the review book Cracking the AP Human Geography Exam, 2017 Edition

Interact The officers of the Interact club will meet every Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. in the front office. The entire club will meet every Wednesday at lunch time. Please remember to pay your $5.00 dues to Ms. Linda. The club will be focusing on Harvest Drive and the Rise Above the Influence Rally this month.

College Tour

Our Spring College Tour is selling quickly. The students will travel to four colleges outside of the county. For more information, please contact Mrs. Gaver at (754) 322-3948. Student Government Fundraiser Just in time for the holidays! The Class of 2021 will participate in a Yankee Candle fundraiser. Monies raised will go towards activities for the freshman class.
