Highly Keen - The HR Institute conducted one day training workshop entitled "Personality Assessment & Interviewing Skills for HR Professionals" on 8th December, 2012. Participants from US Denim Mills, Izhar Group, University of Central Punjab and IRSP (Mardan) attended the Workshop whereas Mr. Jibran Bashir Served as Training Facilitator.

Highly Keen - The HR Institute conducted a one-day In-house workshop for a client based in Lahore on, "Performance Review Skills for Line Managers" on 29th December, 2012. A total of 20 Managers & Supervisors attended the session facilitated by Mr. Jibran Bashir.

Highly Keen - The HR Institute conducted "HR as a Business Partner" Training workshop for the First time in Pakistan, on January 5th, 2013. Total 8 HR General Managers and HR Business Partners of PTCL attended the workshop at Highly Keen Premises.

Highly Keen - The HR Institute conducted one day in-

house training workshop on "Putting your Customers

First" for the Field Service Engineers of a Client. A total of

14 people attended the workshop on 16th February, 2013

facilitated by Mr. Jibran Bashir.

In addition to the above mentioned Workshops Highly Keen Conducted 11 In-House Workshops for its clients during the last quarter.

Highly Keen - The HR Institute Conducted one day open enrollment training workshop entitled "How to design compensation & benefits" which held on 26th February, 2013. Total 12 Participants from Ovex Technologies, KSB Pumps, Punjab Education Foundation, Sigmatec Solutions, IoB&M, UET, Shafi Texcel, and etc. attended.

Highly Keen - The HR Institute has celebrated the Certification ceremony of the 8th batch of its "Certified HRM Professional Course (CHRMP) on 17th January, 2013. Mr. Jibran Bashir - CEO Highly Keen and Course facilitator for CHRMP, awarded the certificates to qualifying participants. The Certification ceremony was followed by a group Dinner at Shezan Regale, DHA.

The Batch # 9 & 10 of Highly Keen’s CHRMP Course started on 13th

November, 2012 and 18th January 2013 respectively. This is a Level – 1, Certification for HR Professionals, being facilitated by Mr. Jibran Bashir. HR Professionals from Companies Like Mobilink, TCS, Barqaab, Pepsi, Sunico Technologies, Winrock International, Bin Rasheed, Allied Rentals, Gulzar Knitting Mills, Saadullah Brothers, Shapes health Sudio, Nippon Paints, AlBahar Al Arabi, Fibersole and LUMS have joined Highly Keen for this course.

Highly Keen - The HR Institute hosted Certification Ceremony of Certified HR Policy Developer Course (CHRPD) Batch # 1 on 29th November, 2012. The Ceremony was followed by a batch dinner at Shezal Regale, DHA. Participants from Masood Textile Mills, University of Central Punjab, Roshan Packages, and Izhar Group qualified as CHRPDs in First Batch.

The Batch # 1 of Highly Keen’s Certified OD Specialist Course

started on 31st January, 2013. This is a Level – 2, Certification for HR Professionals, being facilitated by Mr. Jibran Bashir. HR Professionals from Companies Sapphire Textiles, Jalal Sons, MTech Pvt. Ltd., Millat Tractors, Transformers, Ruba Group, National Fertilizer Corporation, Daewoo Pakistan, Global Engineering Services, Vopium, have joined Highly Keen for this course.

Highly Keen Completed 7th Batch and Started 8th Batch of its HR Distance Learning

Programs in this quarter. The Programs are catering the professional learning needs

of professionals living outside Lahore or in other countries at the time & place of

their choice. In this quarter Participants got enrolled in Certificate courses of 3

Months duration in the fields of Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits,

Performance Management, Training & Development, Industrial Relations & Labor

Laws, and International Human Resource Management. 53 Participants from within

& outside Pakistan completed HRDLP Programs in last quarter.

Highly Keen’s Consultancy Horizons got broadened this Quarter by the addition of

a Uniform Manufacturing & Sale Organization, A Professional Suiting Brand, and an

Engineering Concern being added to Highly Keen’s Consultancy Clients. Highly

Keen Consultants have to perform the Organization wide Analysis in the offices

spread over different Cities of Pakistan then they will develop the HR Policies,

Procedures & Documents for the clients and will further implement the Newly

Developed HR System through different OD interventions and Training Workshops.

CEO - Highly Keen - The HR Institute - Mr. Jibran Bashir Visited University of

Central Punjab on 21st January, 2013. He was invited by the University as a Guest

Speaker in Entrepreneurship Class where a Case Study on “Highly Keen as an

Entrepreneurial venture” was being discussed with students.

Highly Keen’s HR Jobs Segment is facilitating Students and Professionals in finding

HR Jobs at one place. During the Last Quarter Highly Keen Posted 49 HR Jobs at its

HR Jobs page (These were the jobs about which Highly Keen representatives came

to know through different online and print mediums. The HR Jobs page at Highly

Keen website gets updated every 15-20 Days.

Mr. Jibran Bashir the CEO of Highly Keen Presented his research paper (View point paper) entitled “Job Specifications for Teaching HRM at University Level in Pakistan" in the Fourth South Asian International Conference (SAICON 2012) on 'Emerging Knowledge Economy in the 21st Century: Opportunities & Challenges' at Pearl Continental Hotel, Bhurban from 5-7 December, 2012. About 300 participants with more than 45 experts from abroad deliberated on a wide spectrum of issues during the conference.

CEO Highly Keen, Mr. Jibran Bashir Conducted a Training Session for Directors & Senior Managers of ZIC Oil Company on "Personal Balanced Scorecard" during the Annual Sales Conference, held at MAS Group Head Office on 23rd January, 2013. The Concept of Personal Balanced Scorecard was shared to boost the intrinsic motivation of sales people while linking g work achievements with personal goals.

Mr. Jibran Bashir, the Lead HR / OD Consultant at Highly Keen - The HR Institute conducted an HR Policy awareness session with the Key employees after development of the Strategy, Structure & HR Policies for an Engineering Concern. The Policy development phase comprised on 4 months and after the policies development by consultant and their approval from Client's CEO the policies awareness session held with department heads on 29th November, 2012.

Highly Keen - The HR Institute started Executive Evening Series as a monthly

networking opportunity for professionals. The Evenings will be multi-dimensional

as they could be guest power talks on some business management of self /

professional development topics, ghazal evenings, poetic evenings etc.

Highly Keen - The HR Institute hold its first executive evening with the Indigenous

management guru Philip S. Lall (Director Training Impact). 30 Professionals from

various organizations attended the evening on 5th November, 2012. The Topic for

Power talk by speaker was "Manager's Attitudes & Social Contract". Highly Keen

arranged its Second Executive Evening with Farhat Abbas Shah the poet of Love and

Human Dignity, on 13th December, 2012. Further to the deep poetry of great poet

the melodious voices of Sameer Abbas Shah & Awais Salman Khan and a ghazal of

Saad Masood added more colors to the evening. Professionals from different

organizations joined the executive evening which was held with a concept of mind

relaxation and soul rejuvenation for professionals. Highly Keen - The HR Institute

hosted the 3rd Executive Evening on 28th January, 2013 where Mr. Atif Tufail (Head

HR - INTECH Process Automation) shared his research "Management: It's not what

you think". The evening was attended by professionals from HR and Marketing

fraternity. The Fourth Executive Evening was led by Masood Ali Khan, A Trainer &

Consultant, on the “Virtual Hall of Fame” - an initiative to recognize the talent of

Pakistan. Professionals from different walks of industry attended the evening.
