A few surprises…

• Administration is top of the list

• While administration enhancements are key, all agreed

that client enhancements are also critical for every

release

• Mac client did not rise to the top of the list for three of

the four verticals

• Cloud/hosted was not a pressing need

**All categories are important; but the feedback on immediacy has helped

us prioritize the next few releases.
