For 17 years we, Novare Leadership Academy, have empowered, inspired and connected women through our leadership program. Our aim to create a dynamic business environment with equal opportunities continues, and we’re looking forward to giving more women the chance to take their leadership to the next level.
THE EMPOWER EXECUTIVE WOMEN PROGRAM consists of four modules with different themes, and a business trip to New York. The underlying philosophy in the program is sustainable leadership. It is based on personal strengths and how to optimise individual leadership potential – for long term results.

DIALOGUES & ACCESS TO PROMINENT LEADERSThe EMPOWER program is built on the framework illustrated to the right. The modules are interactive with a mix of workshops, discussion, reflection and experience exchange among the group and with our invited guest speakers. The speakers represent top executive leaders (CEO’s, Board Professionals etc.), experts and other role models.
INTERNATIONAL PERSPECTIVES - BUSINESS TRIP 2021The program consists of four modules in Stockholm and an international business trip in the second half of 2021. The purpose with the trip is to gain unique international perspectives on leadership, change, innovation and diversity. With our strong network, we can connect participants with influential business leaders and meet organizations in the forefront. The destination will be decided later and in consideration with the current Corona situation. Prevoius EMPOWER delegations have travelled to New York, Singapore, Rwanda, Brazil, India, China and more.
PARTICIPANT PROFILEThe ideal participant is an experienced leader or specialist with potential to take on even greater and more strategic roles. The group will consist of participants from different industries, all with strategic and operational responsibilites. Openness for new perspectives and willingness to share experiences is key.
PROGRAM INVESTMENTThe investment for the program is SEK 159 000 per participant (excl. VAT). The business trip, accommodation at modules, meals and other expenses are not included in the program fee.
NOMINATE OR APPLY UNTIL OCTOBER 15, 2020Organisations can nominate candidates to the program and individuals can apply themselves. To nominate or apply, please send us contact details to the nominee/yourself and a short motivation. Novare Leadership Academy will contact all candidates for further information regarding the admission process.
