BE A MYSTERY SHOPPER FOR THE MIAMI MARLINS!
What is Mystery Shopping? Mystery Shopping is a form of Market Research where individuals are trained to observe experience and evaluate the customer service of Marlins Park. What does a Mystery Shopper do? A Mystery Shopper acts as a customer and completes tasks in order to monitor the quality of customer ser-vice. This report of their experiences provides Marlins management with information on the current level of service. Every Mystery Shopper will be given a different task/scenario. For example we might email the tickets or have you purchase some and reimburse you once you arrive to the game There are times I would need a mystery shopper to purchase food/tickets via an app on your phone. What is the purpose of having a Mystery Shopper? The purpose is to assist management to focus on customer service improvements. Will staff know that a Mystery Shop is taking place? All staff should be informed that the Marlins intend to engage a customer service consultant and measure results but they will not be told when or by whom. What happens to the information? All completed questionnaires are fed into a database. A report is created for the Organization, giving feed-back on their customer service. Mystery Shoppers are not identified and neither are individual members of its staff. How should Marlins management respond to feedback received from Mystery Shoppers? You will be filling out a survey from SurveyGizmo that can be completed on a smartphone before, during and after the game. The result will be printed and discussed with Ballpark Operation Leadership staff before you had home. If the feedback is favorable, managers and directors should share the comments with its team members. Team members identified for their superior service should receive recognition and prizes, based on current incentive program policies. If the feedback is negative, managers and directors should view it as an opportunity to correct problems! Instead of an emotional response, managers and directors are encouraged to examine the problem that is being expressed and try to improve their products/services based on that feedback. Mystery Shoppers provide constructive criticism that is followed by helpful suggestions on how to improve the service at Marlins Park. The point is to take the feedback and use it to improve the service that the Marlins are offering.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
The ColorVibe is coming to Fort Lauderdale and they have chosen Special Olympics as their charity of choice. For every volunteer that Special Olympics supplies, ColorVibe will donate $150 back to Special Olympics.
Volunteers are needed who can help with packet pick up and day of event. Listed below are the volunteer opportunities. Remember the same volunteers are re-quired on both days. Friday March 25th: 20 Team Leads will need to be at the park at 10:30 AM and will stay until 6:00 PM when packet pick up ends. Special Olympics will have volunteers help with Registra-tion and some in Merchandising. Saturday March 26th: The SAME 20 Team Leads will be at the park at 6:30 AM and will stay until 2:00 PM. The Volunteers need to stay ALL THE WAY THROUGH CLEANUP in order for Spe-cial Olympics to receive the full amount of the donation. An additional 4 Color Captains will be needed on Saturday to manage color stations and help clean up the event after. They will need to be at the park at 7:30 AM to go through instructions and stay until 2:00 PM with all of the other volunteers for clean-up. One of our newsletter subscribers is looking for tem-porary staff starting February 28 through March 10, 2016 to work night shifts: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and 6:00 AM t0 2:00 PM with the possibility of a 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift. The Company is Deals which is converting to a Dollartree. The work will consist of re-merchandising the store with the new products, ex-isting products and cleaning. The pay is $8.05 for
day work and $9.05 for the overnight shift. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age. The location is the Magnolia Shoppes at 9569 Westview Drive in Coral Springs. The location is just off University Drive and one block south of the Sawgrass Expressway. In addition, there are some opportunities for a store in Boca Raton located at Glades and Lyons Roads.
