NOVA-A

DescriptionNOVA-A is rectangular aluminium grille with adjustable deflectors. NOVA-A grille can be used in commercial and industrial premises for supply or return air. It is intended for mounting into wall, ceiling, or into window sill. NOVA-A grille can be supplied with beveled pre punched holes for screws or with spring clips. As an accessory there are plenum boxes, mounting frames and dampers available.

DesignNOVA-A grille is manufactured from natural anodized aluminium or white RAL 9010 profiles as standard; all kind of RAL codes are available via request. Both single deflection and double deflection grilles are supplied with front adjustable deflectors in horizontal arrangement. Vertical arrangement is available via request. Spacing between the deflectors is 20 mm.

FunctionThe grille directs the air with help of deflectors to both horizontal and vertical directions. The damper or plenum box provides even distribution of air through the whole grill.

Both single deflection and double deflection grilles are supplied with front adjustable deflectors in vertical arrangement. Horizontal arrangement is available via request. Spacing between the deflectors is 20 mm. The grille and damper can be manufactured from stainless steel via request.

DescriptionNOVA-S is a frameless grille with fixed deflectors. NOVA-S grille can be used in commercial and industrial premises. The grille can be used for supply, or return air. It is intended for mounting into window sill or fan coil applications. NOVA-S grille can be delivered with special mounting frame for easy cleanable and removable installations into windows sills.

DesignNOVA-S grille is manufactured from natural anodized aluminium profiles as standard; all kind of RAL codes are available via request. The deflectors are in horizontal alignment. Standard spacing between the blades is 12,5 mm, other are optional. Standard supplied deflector is type number 1, other are optional.

The grille can be supplied with beveled pre punched holes for screws or it can be fitted with spring clips. As an accessory there are plenum boxes, mounting frames and dampers available.

DesignNOVA-R grille is manufactured from natural anodized aluminium or white RAL 9010 profiles as standard; all kind of RAL codes are available via request. Deflectors are at 45° angle inclined downwards with 20 mm pitch. 10 mm mesh screen can be welded from the inner side via request.

FunctionThe grille is used to intake the air from internal premises. Because of the inclined deflectors its not possible to see through the grille. The damper or plenum box balances the air.


Optional extraMesh screen (figure below) is available as an optional extra. With this mesh screen the grille can be used externally on buildings as air intake grille.

DescriptionNOVA-F is rectangular aluminium grille with fixed deflectors and galvanized steel box for filter. It can be used in commercial and industrial premises. The grille is intended for filtering the return air and can be build into wall or ceiling. NOVA-F is supplied with hinges and knob as a standard or can have pre punched holes for screws.

DesignNOVA-F grille is manufactured from natural anodized aluminium profiles as standard or white RAL 9010; all kind of RAL codes are available via request. Deflectors are at 45° angle inclined downwards with 20 mm pitch. The box is from galvanized steel and can be equipped with 10 mm mesh screen. Inside the box is a free area for filter. Systemair supplies G3 class filter, manufactured from white coloured polyester, with thickness of 12 – 15 mm. Temperature resistance of the filter is up to 100°C with middle seclusiveness (Am) of 92,5%.

FunctionThe grille is used to intake the air from internal premises and cleans the air with included filter. The filter can be checked in a very convenient way by opening the grille and can be replaced if necessary. Because of the inclined deflectors it’s not possible to see through the grille.

MountingThe NOVA-F grille is mounted directly into a duct or wall with screws via holes in the steel box. The grille is then closed by the hinges and securely closed with the knob. Alternatively the grille can be screwed over the steel box.

The grille is intended for free passage of air through doors. The grille can have pre punched beveled holes for mounting with screws. There are two types of mounting frames available for thicker and thinner doors.

DesignNOVA-D grille is manufactured from natural anodized aluminium or white RAL 9010 profiles as standard; all kind of RAL codes are available via request.

FunctionThe grille fixed deflectors have pitch of 15 mm and this space allows the air to pass freely between both sides of the grille. Because of the specially arranged deflectors it is not possible for light to pass through.

Depending on the thickness of the door short or long contra frame should be used from the opposite side to finish the installation.

DescriptionThe PRG plenum box is manufactured from galvanised sheet steel with connection sleeves (rear, side or top/bottom) fitted with rubber seals tested for air-tightness. Acoustically insulated with basotec material.

The PRG plenum box can be used for both supply and exhaust air, and can be used in conjunction with a grille for pressure reduction, air-stream balancing and sound attenuation, as well as for measuring and adjusting the air flow. The damper and measuring units facilitate easy cleaning.
