The meeting was opened up the meeting for Public Comments, public was present but none hadquestions or comments.

The outline of the project was discussed by Steve Carrier, P.E., Assistant County Engineer. Theshortlist committee intends to shortlist a minimum of six (6) firms.

Steve Carrier, P.E., Assistant County Engineer, stated that ECS Florida, LLC and NOVAEngineering & Environmental, LLC, are not to be considered in the voting, as both companies arenon-responsive to the minimum mandatory 20% SBE participation.
