The outline of the project was discussed by Steve Carrier, P.E., Assistant County Engineer. Theshortlist committee intends to shortlist a minimum of six (6) firms.
Steve Carrier, P.E., Assistant County Engineer, stated that ECS Florida, LLC and NOVAEngineering & Environmental, LLC, are not to be considered in the voting, as both companies arenon-responsive to the minimum mandatory 20% SBE participation.
