Application Number: ALCC 2019.82 Location: Bankstown Airport – North West Precinct, 72 Tower Road. Bankstown Airport Limited (BAL) has received an application for the construction and use of extended hardstand for pallet storage at the existing Keep It Simple Systems (KISS) facility. Applicant: Bankstown Airport Limited Date of Receipt by BAL: 27 August 2019 The proposal is located within Bankstown Airport, with frontage to Tower Road. The key features of this proposal are:

• Construction and use of Stage 1 (area A 2,000 square metres) and Stage 2 (Area B 8,500 square metres) concrete hardstand for pallet storage.

• Heavy vehicle access will be via Tower Road south and Henry Lawson Drive • Perimeter landscaping • Lighting and perimeter fencing • Operations to be within existing parameters.
