Promotion Committee meeting held on 15 & 16.04.2019, by the competent authority on 17.05.2019,

following female officers I teachers of BS-16 (General Cadre-Female) of School Education Department are

promoted to BS-17 as Subject Specialist, as mentioned against each on regular basis, with immediate

effect.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

i. If they fail to join their new assignment within 15 days, after the issuance of their posting I

adjustment orders, they will be deemed to have forgone their promotion. The effect of foregoing of

promotion entails supersession as clarified in the Regulation Wing, S&GAD's instructions bearing

No. SOR-ll(S&GAD) 2-167/2010 dated November 12, 2010.

ii. The heads of the institutions concerned shall be responsible to get the academic and professional

certificate of the officer concerned verified, within two months and shall submit certificates in this

regard to the department through proper channel.

iii. Prior to joining of above named promoted officers, DEOs (SE) / Heads of the institutions concerned

shall scrutinize the degrees of M.A (relevant subject for Subject Specialists) and B.Ed regarding 2nd

Division, as required by the relevant promotion rules. In case of some discrepancy/ 3rd Division in

M.A or B.Ed, the promoted officer shall not be allowed to join and report be furnished to this

Department immediately, otherwise the joining authorities shall be held responsible.

iv. They will be relieved of their present places of posting after issuing of their posting / adjustment

orders, separately
