Page 1 of2 Rosedale-Rio Bravo Water Storage District Western Rosedale In-Lieu Service Area Project Notice of Intent to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration Notice is hereby given that the public agency named below has completed an Initial Study of the following described project at the following location: Public Agency: Rosedale-Rio Bravo Water Storage District Project Name: Western Rosedale In-Lieu Service Area Project and Westside Recharge Ponds Expansion Project Description: The Western Rosedale In-Lieu Service Area Project and Westside Recharge Ponds Expansion (the Project) includes construction and operation of up to 10 miles of water conveyance pipelines, including appurtenant facilities (such as pumps and valves), and construction and operation of two groundwater recharge ponds adjacent to the District's existing Westside Recharge Ponds. Additional Project details are included in the Project Initial Study.
