No.764], entered February 12,2003, establishing procedures for, and approving the

liquidation sale by Escast, Inc., a Debtor, of certain machinery and equipment free and

clear of all liens, claims, interests, and encumbrances (the "Sale").

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to Federal Rule of

Bankruptcy Procedure 6004(f), the Report itemizes, to the fullest extent practicable, the

proceeds and purchasers for each item of personal property sold during the sale from
