High concept of having a team of superheroes that save the world together; tensions arise due to each of them having a big ego. USP- from the single fan base for each hero such as Thor, Iron Man, Hulk and Captain America Idea was hinted throughout the end of each film, beginning with Hulk (2008) Products are advertised through synergies= global appeal Spin offs are another form of synergies= Captain America aspired the Agent Carter. Vertical Integration- when distribution and some forms of exhibitions are kept in- house. Owners of production company distribute the film and create DVD release of it.
