Hardscape: March 2 – March 6

- Fill sidewalk conduit with concrete March 9 – March 13

- Remove Pavers from fountain area. - Hand Grade Fountain paver area. - Relay Paver pattern. - Pour concrete edging for pavers. - Painting of neighborhood entry letters – letters to be painted black (Wednesday/Thursday) - Median sign Bowls (shipped from manufacturer, awaiting arrival), Install pending arrival

Note: Tower construction plans are under review by Hillsborough County. Upon issuance of permit, tower construction will resume.

Landscape & Irrigation: Week of March 16

- Front Entry landscape to begin. - Existing sod in front of North entry monument has been removed for St. Augustine placement. - Fountain area landscape to be completed pending completion of paver repair.

Note: Irrigation repairs at new Publix entry to be completed pending installation of curbing.
