THE BRIEFByzak is a leading UK Contractor formed in 1984. Their core business is multidisciplinary main contractor for public sector clients such as water companies and water authorities, local authorities and government agencies. Byzak were looking for high quality accommodation units to house all Byzak personnel and their client for the duration of their project at Northumbrian Water’s Browney sewage treatment works.

OUTCOMESibcas carried out an in depth site survey to ascertain the best solution to the access issues, and to ensure that all of the criteria required by Byzak was met. The conclusion was to use the 30’ Unicon AV Range which incorporates dado trunking, network points, easy clean walls and furniture, whilst providing a safe, anti vandal, secure exterior and a very comfortable and flexible working environment. To combat the access delivery issue we supplied a team of our highly qualified delivery operators to guide the units under and through the bridge using our own forklift vehicles. Once through our contracts manager and contracts team took over to ensure a smooth and safe installation and handover. Byzak wanted a solution to the problem without compromising the size and high standard of units they requested. We succeeded!
