Welcome to our 16th Annual Bull Sale. On behalf of the Aumack and Martens families we would like to welcome you to the 16th Annual Northern Alliance Bull Sale. Thank you for the support of our sale over the years. The relationships we have made and look forward to making with you, our fellow livestock producers, has always been our greatest reward.

The North American cattle numbers are at an all-time low and it is a perfect time to be in the cattle industry. The current upswing in the cattle market forecasts long term profitability. This is the ideal opportunity to invest in quality genetics. We continue to use new genetics keeping our bull selection diverse and maintaining consistent excellence in our bull pens. The key to a successful breeding program is an excellent herd bull and we understand how crucial this is. The high standards we have set for ourselves within our breeding programs reflect the quality and soundness of the bulls offered at our sale.

Bulls in the sale have been physically examined, semen evaluated and testicle measured by a certified veterinarian. These measurements and bull weights will be posted sale day. All bulls are guaranteed breeders.We take your bull purchasing needs seriously and helping you select the right bull for your program is important to us. Please feel free to call us prior to the sale to make arrangements to go through the bull pen at our farms. We enjoy the visits and coffee is always on.

I really like this Harrach son. His dam, 31U, has a stacked pedigree containing great bulls such as Jahari, Metro and Rusty. I’m a firm believer it takes great bulls to raise great cows and 47A’s dam proves me right.

Opportunity time! How often will you find a two year old

Full Fleckvieh Fullblood of this calibre offered for sale? Real Time was held back last year

as he was a bit later maturing. He was impressive as a

yearling and has now matured into an equally impressive

two year old, ready to go to work. We semen tested him in January and he passed with a high score and has 39 cm

testicle measurement. He is deep cherry red with large goggles, pigmentation and dark hooves. His dam is a Full Fleck Romulus daughter who never misses and I feel is proving herself to be one of the great Full Fleck cows of the breed. Anthony’s dam raised the Tornado bull that sold through this sale to Scissor’s Creek Cattle Company and went on to raise many high selling bulls in their program. Wired is a new walking herdsire out of KOP Crosby that we purchased from Muirhead Cattle Company. As a yearling, we turned him into the heifer pen after AI’ing. This got him started breeding the first year without overworking him, plus gave us an indication of his calving ease ability. Terms:The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable at par atSpiritwood, Saskatchewan. The right of property shall not passuntil settlement is made. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be theperson from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid.
