LISMORE BASE HOSPITAL REDEVELOPMENT — STAGE 3
Staff Update December 2018
The final concrete pour to
complete the North
Tower Level 10 roof, and
bring North Tower to it’s
full height, occurred on
Monday 17 December,
providing an early
Christmas present to the
Project Team.
The scaffolding will
remain in place as the
exterior panelling is
secured to the building.
Meanwhile, contractors
have continued to work
on Levels 3 to 6
providing the high-level
service ‘rough in’ and fire
wall construction.

Preview of works on Levels 3 to 6 While externally North Tower has been ‘growing’
before our eyes, with concrete pours happening
every two weeks since mid-year, there has also been
a range of work happening internally.
The high-level services installation, which sees the
main plumbing and electrical conduits installed in the
ceiling cavities, has commenced on levels 3 to 6 and
will progress to additional floors in the New Year.
