Committee members and Ministers
The presentations will be for three hours and are aimed at updating church administrators, treasurers, governors and ministers on reporting, management and financial planning. There is a registration process detailed in the attached but pre-registration is not a requirement – you can simply turn up. The event is free to attend. PRESBYTERY CENTRAL IS
SEEKING A FULL-TIME
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
We seek a self-motivated person, lay or ordained,
who has
quality skills and experience in office administration and computer/web software
excellent relational and communication skills
a clear understanding of the PCANZ and its missional directions
active membership of a local congregation
can work effectively as part of the leadership team.
The duties of the Executive Secretary include
serving the parishes of the Presbytery in support of their missions
communication with parishes and presbytery members
managing the business tasks, processes and appointments of Presbytery
the responsibilities of Presbytery Clerk as in the Book of Order
providing administrative support to Presbytery Council, Work Groups and meetings of Presbytery.
