• Additional scheduled showers/whirlpool baths • Daily or additional assistance with bed-making • Assistance with dressing/grooming • Medication management as prescribed by a physician • The RN monitors each resident that is on medication administration. (The medication administration is delegated by the RN, who has trained the unlicensed Resident Care Assistants to administer.) • Other professional nursing services

A decline in mental and/or physical health that requires frequent oversight and supervision may result in a need for alternative placement.

Upon completion of the initial nursing assessment, individual care needs are addressed and included in the plan of care to provide the highest quality service needed to maintain the health and safety of each resident. Additional points of care fees apply to the services offered and are based on a monthly provision of the service.
