We have a lot of fun, festive events happening in July and I hope you enjoy them with family and friends! Celebrate Independence Day at the 2017 BOOM! Summer greetings! We have a lot of fun, festive events happening in July

and I hope you enjoy them with family and friends!

Celebrate Independence Day at the 2017 BOOM! The event will be on

Sunday, July 2nd starting at 7pm with fireworks at dusk. This year’s event

will feature food trucks, music, street performers, face-painters, balloon

artists & much more. This is event is perfect for all ages, so don’t miss

winter months. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

All persons 60 and older are welcome to join us for lunch. A reg-

istration form must be completed and can be obtained at the

front desk. Once this has been completed and is on file, you may

sign up for any lunches that you choose. Please contact the

center for more details. This program was made possible by a

Grant from the Ohio Department of Aging through the Western

Reserve Area Agency on Aging. Please acquire your lunch ticket

at the sign in desk and be in your seats no later than 11:25am.

Thursday, July 20th —Shooters & The Jack Casino STC PLUS is offering FREE transportation for first time riders to a fun

evening of dinner and gambling. (As an added bonus, the first person who sched-

Restaurant in North Olmsted.) All passengers will depart at the Senior Center at

4:00pm for an early dinner at Shooters on the West Bank of the Flats. Then you

will travel to the Jack Casino on Public Square for 3 hours of gaming!

Wednesday, August 2nd - Mystery Tour Based on the tremendous success of the Mystery Trips, JKL is creating another

day full of surprises that combine unique areas, sites and attractions. (Lunch is

included.) You can rest assured every one of the Mystery Trips is to an area they

have not visited on one of their previous trips. You will need a good sense of

adventure, a great sense of humor and very comfortable walking shoes!
