Putting Illegal Aliens in Social Security

code word: Totalization

The Bush State Department is promoting a “totalization” plan to award Social Security earnings credits for work done illegally in the U.S. under a phony or stolen Social Security number. It takes U.S. citizens 10 years to qualify for Social

Security benefits, but “totalization” would allow illegal aliens to qualify for benefits after only 18 months, and pretend to make up the difference by assuming work and tax payments in Mexico.

Illegal aliens should not be rewarded for their illegal actions. As low-wage workers, they have already

been reimbursed by generous social benefits and the taxpayer handout called Earned Income Tax Credit. The 40% of illegals who work in the underground economy don’t pay any Social Security taxes.

This will break Social Security as the baby boomers retire.

In-State College TuitionSeveral states give a unique taxpayer benefit to illegal aliens — the privilege of paying reduced in-state tuition at state universities. This taxpayer-paid benefit could be as much as $20,000 a year, depending on the state. This rewards families who have broken our laws, and is highly discriminatory against U.S. students who live in the other states and must pay out-of-state tuition.

Some U.S. Senators have tried to make this benefit available in every state by legislation called the DREAM act.

Where is the Fence?

President George W. Bush has allowed 10 million illegal aliens to come into the U.S., and even after 9/11 does not stop illegal entry. The estimated number of illegal aliens now in the U.S. is at least 20 million.

Congress passed the Secure Fence Act (House vote: 283-138; Senate vote: 80-19); and President Bush signed it into law on Oct. 26, 2006.

But Bush and Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff have built only about 18 miles of the 854 miles of the double fence ordered by the law. They talk about a “virtual” fence, which is not a fence at all, and its technology has failed. It appears that the Bush

Administration will not obey the law.

At least 85% of marijuana, meth, heroin and cocaine come into the U.S. over our southern border.

The drug war on our southern border is a real war with frequent murders and mutilations. The war often spills over into the U.S. Our government has documented hundreds of incursions of armed Mexican military and smugglers of drugs and people.

Thousands of OTMs (Other Than Mexicans) sneak over our southern border every year.

The costs of incarcerating 200,000 criminal illegal aliens are a heavy burden on U.S. taxpayers.

NAFTA SuperHighway

Chinese goods are docked at the port of Lázaro Cárdenas on the west coast of southern Mexico, which is controlled by Hutchison Whampoa (the same Chinese shipping firm that owns the ports at both ends of the Panama Canal).

The Kansas City Southern Railway de Mexico carries the Chinese-made goods to the U.S. border.

A contract to build the TransTexas Corridor, a 10-lane limited-access tollroad from Mexico to Oklahoma, has already been leased

to a Spanish company, Cintra Concesiones de Infraestructuras de Transporte, with the right to collect tolls for the next 50 years. The power of eminent domain will take 584,000 acres of farm and ranch land from Texans.

The Kansas City city council has earmarked millions of taxpayer dollars in loans and direct aid to SmartPort, to make Kansas City a “port,” where Chinese goods would be inspected for the first time.

A business organization, NASCO (North America’s SuperCorridor Co-alition), announced that its mission is to promote an “international, integrat-ed and secure, multi-modal transporta-tion system” from Lázaro Cárdenas to Winnipeg, Canada.

Bush opened all U.S. roads to Mexican trucks and drivers on Sept. 6, 2007.

He thumbed his nose at the U.S. law forbidding this: House vote 411-3 on May 15, again by voice vote on July 24; Senate vote 75-23 on Sept. 11; signed into law by President Bush on Dec. 26, 2007.

On Mar. 12, 2008, the U.S. Secretary of Transportation told a Senate committee that when Mexican drivers answer questions in Spanish, they are approved as “English proficient.”

The Elite Reveal Their Plans

The CFR Report of

May 17, 2005, posted on the U.S. State Dept. website, states that the 3 SPP amigos at Waco on March 23, 2005 “committed their governments” to “Building a North American Community” by 2010 with a com-mon “outer security perimeter,” “the extension of full labor mobility to Mexico,” allowing Mexican trucks “unlimited access,” “totalization” of illegal aliens into the U.S. Social Security system, and “a permanent tri-bunal for North American dispute resolution.”

The Center for Strategic & International Studies 2007 report, called “North

American Future 2025 Project,” advocates “economic integration,” “the free flow of people across national borders,” “policies that integrate governments,” and “harmonizing legislation” with other countries in intellectual property rights (an attack on our U.S. patent system).

Hudson’s 35-page 2007 White Paper, called “Negotiating North America: The Security and

Prosperity Partnership,” says SPP is the vehicle “for economic integration” with Mexico and Canada and even “combines an agenda with a political commitment.” This report confirms that SPP’s “design” is for the executive branch to exercise full “authority” to “enforce and execute” whatever is decided by a 3-nation agreement of “civil service professionals” as though it were “law.”

Mexico’s Vicente Fox called for a

North American Union modeled on the European Union, and editorial-page editor Robert Bartley wrote (7-2-01): “There is one voice north of the Rio Grande that supports his vision. To wit, this newspaper.”

Peter F. Drucker, a favorite business authority, wrote in his book, Post-Capitalist Society: “The economic integration of the 3 countries into one region is proceeding so fast that it will make little difference whether the marriage is sanctified legally or not.”

The Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) of North America was announced by President George W. Bush, Mexican President Vicente

Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin in Waco, Texas, Mar. 23, 2005.

The 2nd meeting was held in Cancun, Mexico, Mar. 31, 2006, where the 3 SPP amigos demanded that Congress pass a comprehensive immigration bill with a worker permit program.

The 3rd meeting was held in Quebec, Canada, Aug. 21, 2007. The 3 SPP amigos agreed on a 44-page comprehensive “Plan” to set up a “Coordinating Body” of “decision-makers” during flu epidemics, based on UN and NAFTA guidelines and rules, exercising vast powers over “community gatherings . . . isolation and quarantine.” The “chair” will be a U.S. citizen only one year out of three.

At the Quebec news conference, Fox News asked Bush: “Can you say today that this is not a prelude to a North American Union, similar to a European Union?” Bush did not deny this purpose, but instead ridiculed the question.

Working groups were established in the U.S. Commerce

Department to ”harmonize” regulations of

the 3 countries

INsourcing Foreigners to Take U.S. Jobs

code words: “economic integration,” “labor mobility,” “free movement of goods, services and people across open borders”

INsourcing cheap labor: Most illegal aliens have never been to high school and therefore take low-wage jobs away from U.S. school dropouts and depress the wages of all low-wage jobs. 40% work in the underground economy and pay no taxes.

Some work for less than minimum wage. Others work on false or stolen Social Security numbers.

Multinational corporations — and politicians to whom corporation executives contribute — demand that the U.S. bring in hundreds of thousands more aliens who are falsely called “guest workers” and will never go home.

The employer gets the cheap labor, and U.S. taxpayers provide the benefits. U.S. taxpayers transfer $20,000 per year to low-wage households in social benefits and cash handouts.

INsourcing skilled labor: By abusing the H-1B and L-1 visa system, big corporations each year import at least 400,000 Asians, such as engineers and computer techies, to work at half or a third the pay of U.S. col-lege graduates.

There is no accountability for the requirement to look for Americans to fill these jobs, or the requirement that aliens go home after their visa expires. Thousands of H-1B visas are not counted in the alleged cap of 65,000, and there is no cap at all for L-1 visas.

U.S. college students are discouraged from taking engineering, math or science because most jobs in those fields go to foreigners.

OUTsourcing to Foreign Countries

OUTsourcing U.S. jobs: U.S. employers have moved 3 million manufacturing jobs overseas. Chinese workers can be hired for 30¢ an hour and no benefits.

OUTsourcing U.S. factories:U.S. corporations build plants in Asia. World Trade Organization rules allow foreign countries (a) to give government subsidies to exports, and (b) to penalize imports by replacing their tariffs with the Value Added Tax. The VAT amounted to a $428 billion disadvantage to the U.S. in 2006.

80% of active ingredients in U.S. prescription drugs are now outsourced

to unregulated, never inspected Asian workshops. The Chinese used fatal poisons in a blood-thinner (heparin), as well as in toothpaste

and pet foods.

OUTsourcing U.S. national security: The Bush Administration awarded a $35 billion contract to a French company to build tanker-aircraft for the U.S. Air Force. This will create 100,000 jobs in Europe.

OUTsourcing U.S. technology: The U.S. Patent Office posts details of most U.S. inventions on the internet where “patent pirates” all over the world can steal our innovations and go into production faster and cheaper.

OUTsourcing U.S. infrastructure: TransTexas Highway to a Spanish company, Virginia’s Pocahontas Parkway to an Australian company, Indiana’s Tollroad and Chicago’s Skyway to a Spanish-Australian partnership. The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States is supposed to be guarding our national interests against foreigners buying U.S. properties — but out of 1,500 cases since 1988, CFIUS has formally rejected only two.

How the European Union Came About

The EU started with a simple trade agreement. The elites — undemocratically, without any vote of the people — grew it into a government that destroyed

national sovereignty.

Apr. 18, 1951: Treaty of Paris formed the European Coal and Steel Community.

Mar. 25, 1957: Treaty of Rome established the European Economic Community (EEC).

Oct. 17, 1957: European Court of Justice.

Feb. 7, 1992: Treaty of the European Union (EU) signed at Maastricht, Holland.

Jan. 1, 2002: The euro replaced all national currencies.

2004: European constitution proposed to override national constitutions.

Only 2 countries were allowed to vote: France voted No May 29, 2005; Holland voted No on June 1, 2005; England said it won’t vote.

So, Giscard d’Estaing, the French ex-president who wrote the EU constitution, renamed it a “treaty” to avoid a vote by the people.

Dec. 13, 2007: The Treaty of Lisbon signed to lock in the EU as a government, a bureaucracy, and a judiciary with full powers to override national laws.

Will ‘amero’ replace the U.S. dollar? On Larry King Live, Oct. 8, 2007, Mexico’s

Vicente Fox was asked about plans for a “Latin America united with one

currency.” Fox answered in the affirmative, saying that one currency is part of the “vision”

of the Declaration of Quebec City, signed by George W. Bush on Apr. 22,

2001, committing us to “hemispheric integration” and “the establishment of a Free Trade Area of the Americas (FTAA).”
