This year the EXPO schedule and floor-plan have been designed to give you maximum exposure and space to showcase your products and services to the world’s most engaged mushroom producers.

EXPO registration form attached. Please register early, booth space is limited!

The EXPO floor plan is also available on the 24th NAMC website: mushroomconference.org and will be updated as applications are confirmed.

Confirmed exhibitors will be listed in Mushroom World, Mushroom News and MushroomConference.org.

The 2017 EXPO will include:

25 - 10’ x 8’ booths, one booth per exhibitor

EXPO opening in conjunction with the Welcome Reception

Breakfast and lunch buffets served in same ballroom as EXPO

Dedicated EXPO hours separate from Business Program

Light refreshments in the EXPO hall during EXPO hours

Please Note: In consideration of fellow exhibitors, excessive booth noise will not be permitted. Audio-visual, electrical and other mechanical sounds must not disturb other exhibitors.

Registration: $2,000 CAD* Booth (Every Booth Registration includes one (1) full Business Program Member Registration - Value $795 CAD*). Additional staff must register for the conference (see conference registration form). *+14.975% tax (QST 9.975% + GST 5%) for Canadian exhibitors ($299.50 CAD) Due to the conference being help in the Province of Quebec, Canadian exhibitors must pay both QST + GST.

Cancellations: All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received before May 1, 2017 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received on or after May 1, 2017 will forfeit all fees paid.
