Craft3 is a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) lender with a mission to strengthen economic, ecological, and family resilience in Pacific Northwest communities. Craft3 specializes in helping borrowers who cannot get needed financing from traditional sources. Since 1994, the organization has invested over $322 million from offices in Ilwaco, Port Angeles, Seattle, Washington and Astoria, Bend and Portland, Oregon. Craft3 provides loans to businesses, nonprofits and local Tribal governments. Susan Doll is Craft3’s Business Lender and joined the team in February. From the Spokane office, Susan will serve businesses throughout the greater Eastern Washington region. She has 17 years of commercial lending experience, but it was the mission that sparked her interest in Craft3. “I was drawn to Craft3 because it would allow me to use my many years of business lending experience to further the mission and create economic opportunity for those most in need, specifically in Eastern Washington and Spokane,” said Susan. Brad Ferris started as Craft3’s Commercial Credit Underwriter earlier this year. He works alongside the Craft3 lending team to provide loans to businesses and nonprofits that strengthen regional resilience. Brad brings ten years of commercial banking experience as a Credit Underwriter, Analyst and Lender with regional banks in Washington, Oregon and Montana.
