NON COMPLIANCE NOTICE

The delivered level switches on site, esp. the devices

with type: X5AA8 132R 04G1, X5AA8 132R 04G3,

and X5AA8 141R 04G2E268 does not match the

flange stub out of the tanks. Because of this, the

subcontractor's work for the installation of level

instruments on tanks were delayed and the

reinstallation and fabrication/procurement of correct

flanges will incur additional costs to DMCI.
