Consular authorities receive the applications and collect the fees for the issuance ofGreek passports in accordance with the provisions of Law 3103/2003 and the jointministerial decision 3021/22/10/2005/28.06.2005, as modified and in force.

issuance of a regular passport is not feasible.

Article 4

Receipt acknowledged by Payment Slip1. When consular fees exceeding, per deed, EUR 300 are collected, aPayment Slip (rpal1l1arElo EicrnpaE;llC;) is issued as a receipt.2. Besides consular fees, consular authorities and consular offices alsocollect taxes, duties and contributions in favour of third parties, as enactedby law. The collection of any of the above, regardless of the amount, isacknowledged by issuing a Payment Slip (rpal1l1chElo EicrnpaE;llC;) as a

receipt.3. Taxes and duties in favour of the State or third parties are collectedby issuing a Payment Slip (rpal1l1aTE1O EicrJIpaE;llC;) as a receipt,regardlessof the amount.

Article 5Conswar royalties

1) For the employment of a pennanent consular employee at therequest of an individual or for private interest outside the consular premises,a fee of EUR 150 per 4 hows or fraction thereof is collected in favour ofthe state by issuing a Payment Slip (rpa!l!lcnElo Ei(j7Ipa~TlC;).2) For interpretation services of a pennanent consular employee in acivil or private case, a fee of EUR 100 for every hour of actual interpretingservice is collected in favour of the state by issuing a Payment Slip

(f'pa!l!luTEIO Ei(j7Ipa~l1C;).3) The fees of paragraphs (1) and (2) of this article are doubled in theevent that the employee should travel outside the city where the consularauthority is located.4) For translations by permanent employees of consular authorities, theamount of EUR 20 per page are collected in favour of the State.5) In case of honorary consular authorities, the above royalties arecollected by the heads or employees of the said consular authorities or theinterpreters, as the case may be. The collection is made by issuing a simple

receipt.

Ar1icle 6Receipts of honorary consular audtorities

1) The heads of honorary consular authorities withhold, to cover theiroperational needs, a percentage of 60% of their consular receipts and paythe balance of 40% to the state on submission of their accounts inaccoIdance with the provisions applicable each time.2) Taxes and roylaties in favour of the state or third parties, collectedby honorary consular authorities, are paid in full.

3) In the event that the product of receipts of honorary consularauthorities which is due to the state cannot be transferred abroad due toforeign exchange restrictions, it is forwarded at the end of the fiscal year,following the approval of the General Inspection of the Ministry of ForeignAffairs, to the embassy under whose jurisdiction the honorary consularauthority is included

Article 7Repealed provisions

Presidential Decree 116/2002 CA' 96) as well as every other provision ofadministrative regulation which regulates matters dealt with herein in adifferent manner, are hereby repealed.

Article 8Entry into force

The present Decree shall enter into force after dte completion of one monthfrom its publication in the Government's Official Gazette.We entrust the publication and implementation of this Presidential Decree tothe Minister of Foreign Affairs.
